 set status=##class(%XML.TextReader).ParseFile(<filepath>,.textreader)
 do textreader.ReadStartElement("content")
 
 while textreader.Read() {
	if (textreader.NodeType="endelement")&&(textreader.Name="content") {
		quit
	}
	
	// Handle values of content element here
 }
