I'm almost running out of disk space so I want to move 1 DB to a different hard drive. It's a rather simple but lengthy action during a shutdown of IRIS. But is this somehow possible under runtime in a stand-alone installation? I'm looking for kind of a "local drive failover"
We are seeing more and more customers being lured with latest infrastructure technologies, particularly Composable Infrastructure. Coming with all sorts of data center consolidations and costs savings.

If you are building REST API with IRIS which contains more than 1 level of "/", e.g. '/patients/all' don't forget to add parameter 'recurse=1' into your deployment script in %Installer, otherwise all the second and higher entries won't work. And all the entries of level=1 will work.
/patients
- will work, but
/patients/all
- won't.

The IRIS Installation Guide for Linux, Installation Directory section, says "Do not choose the /home directory, any of its subdirectories, or the /usr/local/etc/irissys directory." but there are no suggestions or any default.
What are your opinions on this? For example, I see that IRIS in a Docker container is installed in /usr/irissys. I'm wondering why that directory was chosen.

So I've got the IRIS AMI spun up in AWS EC2; it seems to be running fine.
I've added an EBS volume to it for persistent storage, and now I'm pondering how to make it actually do something useful.
What's the best way to do deploy code to this instance? I can think of a few ways to do it, but what's the least painful way? Push my code to an S3 bucket and figure out how to load it at system start? Github project?

In the settings of the IRIS web application configuration page there is an option "Redirect empty path" which allows a user to access REST endpoint URL without trailing slash, eg. /csp/api/rest instead of /csp/api/rest/. How could I change this option declaratively in my ZPM manifest?

The Istio Service Mesh is commonly used to monitor communication between services in applications. The "battle-tested" sidecar mode is its most common implementation. It will add a sidecar container to each pod you have in your namespace that has Istio sidecar injection enabled.
We have some custom tools that do project based deployment from environment to environment. In VS Code, we're struggling to find the best way to export PRJ files that contain the contents of a project the way we were able to in Studio. We can edit existing projects, and in server side editing we can create projects, but we can't seem to extract the project files (Not the classes, the wrapper) to store in our source control solution for deployment purposes.
All pods are assigned a Quality of Service (QoS). These are 3 levels of priority pods are assigned within a node.
The levels are as following:
1) Guaranteed: High Priority
2) Burstable: Medium Priority
3) BestEffort: Low Priority
It is a way of telling the kubelet what your priorities are on a certain node if resources need to be reclaimed. This great GIF below by Anvesh Muppeda explains it.
Hello everyone! This is my first post into the developer community and one that I hope is fairly simple to answer. In our environment we currently have 3 different Test environments for testing before migrating code to our Prod environment. Currently we are working on establishing a source control method using Git in house which has been a bit of a struggle. We have also had developers that had used different test and migration methods in the past which has caused some issues with keeping the different test environment in sync.
