We have a webserver which is using a port different to 443 for HTTPS communication. I can connect from the terminal session but not via the EnsLib.HTTP.OutboundAdapter.

When resending HL7 messages out, the receiving system rejects the message indicating the "Message Control ID already exists" (see error below). Iris retries resending the same message until the receiving system crashes and the BO disconnects in Iris. I would like to suspend the message when Iris receives that error and move on to the next message. Is this possible? Can it be handled by the BO Reply Code Actions settings? What reply code actions should I use?

To call BO I need to populate the stream property of the request message.

I am having an issue with the output file format on a production where quotes (" ") around column values are being removed from the imported file. For example, my input file is a csv formatted as such: "123", " ", "ABC". The output file format that is being generated produces: 123, , ABC. I need the output file to retain the quotes around the data.

Is this something that can be corrected in the record map? Or is it an issue elsewhere?

I am working on my first REST operation concept and had a question about the Property Parameters. If I put a value in CAPTION, does that mean that when I use it in my call that it will come out in the URL?

Connections/ SOAP Operations to 3rd Parties can hold some challenges like the 3rd party changes it 's structures/ WSDL and returns an additional property in a SOAP response. So I have tried to implement the XMLIGNOREINVALIDTAG in the proxy SOAP response structures , but in Ensemble this seems to get ignored.

Are there any good suggestions on how to handle this an ideal would have been that the other party inform you of changes before hand....

I am having an intermittent issue that when I make a call to MSSQL from a BPL that the response does not come back in the amount of time required. Since the call from the BPL is synchronous I tried changing the timeout to 60 but it has not helped (see below). Is there anyway to guarantee that the call waits long enough for a response before continuing on?

I created a custom business operation to copy PDF files in Intersystems Healthshare. To copy the files I used:

$ZF(-100, "", "cp", "-f", tSource, tTarget)

tSource contains the source file e.g. "/opt/var/data/dir/1821008687135422926_5849146876.pdf".

tTargetSource contains the target file "/opt/targetdir/Müller_Jörg_1821008687.pdf".

Copying files without german Umlaute works fine (e.g Smith_Robert_1821081542.pdf), but when the string contains special characters like "ä", "ö", "ü" or even "ß" copying is not successful.

We would need to know the Ens.Response SourceConfigName to identify which Operation has raised an exception.

We have tried:

I have a production with a BS calling a BP calling another BP and so on and finally a BO. All calls are made using SendRequestSync.

The initial request is passed by value. The response is passed by ref and I allocate memory for it in the BO, hoping that it will go back to the initial caller in the BS, but it does not.

I am using the %Net.HttpRequest class to download a file from the internet .using the following code. When a file is returned in the DOM I am able to read the file content and save it to the desired location but when my response is a download dialog nothing is returned in the HttpResponse. Am I doing something wrong here is where I have gotten to so far any help appreciated.

Is there a way to open an oracle transaction and do either commit or rollback depending on the query result?

Is posible to keep open an oracle transaction to execute a lot of queries on different methods on the same business operation and do a commit when the business process finished?
