I would appreciate some advice please- hopefully there is plenty of experts out there.

We are setting up an sFTP share between hospital trusts here in the UK and I have set the outbound operation up using a custom extension of EnsLib.HL7.Operation.FTPOperation.

We are configuring a VPN tunnel to run between the sites also so there is a bit of firewall / network routing to take place to enable the connection but to add in a complication we are on a mirrored cluster and usually present on a Virtual IP address.

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to get daily emails or alerts about changes to a cache database. I know that all of that information is contained within the journal files, just wondering if there is a way to bundle it up each day and send it off for auditing, etc.

Any solution where a plain-text/readable format of changes to the cache database could be sent or stored for review would solve the issue.

I'm trying to write a method to Export SQL Privileges from an instance by namespace, user, or roles. I've found two classes that might work:

• ##class(Security.Users).Export
• ##class(Security.SQLPrivileges).Export

One (Security.Users) exports an XML file and the other (Security.SQLPrivileges) exports an SQL file.

If I add the same patient data with a different unique ID then it inserts as new data using a POST request.
So, In the FHIR server How can I prevent this kind of thing by using POST requests?
Note:- I don't want to use a PUT request for the same. The main thing is I want to get a unique patient record.
Que:- Is there any way to check data duplication on each FHIR resource?

What do you do if you want to have the ID field have a meaningful name for your application?

Sometimes it comes to pass that when you're making a new table that you want to have the unique row identifier (a.k.a. IDKEY) to be a field that has a name that is meaningful for your data. Moreover, sometimes you want to set this value directly. Caché fully supports this functionality and it works Suppose you have a class Test.Kyle. The data will be stored like so:

^Test.Kyle(IDKEY)=$LB("",Field1,Field2,...,Fieldn)

We are looking at taking the HealthShare Health Connect HL7 Interface Specialist certification exam, does anybody know if there is a test/example exam available? I found practice exams for the some of the other certifications but not for this exam?
