Hello,

I have a .NET based web application and would like to front end it with an Iris4Health server, ie possible using the CSP or web application url's to reoute to the requests into the docker container. Kinda of like a reverse proxy but using Iris for health. Is the external language server a good use for this or is that only for direct interaction with I4H?

I know you can create a custom container with the app copied into it, but not sure if that is the best way.

Any suggestions on how I could accomplish this would be appreciated.

XDBC memory leaks

I have a business service that actively reads data from a remote Postgres database. OnProcessInput opens a XDBC (actually JDBC) connection, executes an SQL query, fetches several thousand rows, iterates the resultset, and closes the connection. On each iteration I also need to update each source row in the remote database using PreparedStatement.

In other words, in every OnProcessInput call I have a long running SELECT statement and several thousands small UPDATE statements.

The problems I'm facing are:

Trying to check date in DTL.

Want to throw a custom error not the default one from the $ZDTH. It does in the try as will write "Error" when testing the DTL but the actual error not showing. Report errors is turned on. I also tried the THROW logic from best practices but that doesn't work either. $SYSTEM.Status.DisplayError(status) does display what the error should be returned.

I am having issues trying to send SOAP requests to a Cloud Based AWS Application that lives outside of our network.

It is using a Basic Authentication, Key, Certificate Authority and Whitelist for Security.

If I attempt the connection using wget from the command line I am able to connect,

Hi,

I do have the problem to send mails to outlook after getting the new OAUTH2 token.

I have no problem getting the token, but after I got the token I try to send the mail thru smtp but authorization failed , please see my try to send the token thru the %Net.Authenticator mechanism %Net.SASL.XOAUTH2

Is this ok?

Or is there an other method to authenticate using the needed bearer method instead of user/pwd with the authenticator?

....code to get the token is working..

InterSystems IRIS 2025.2.0 introduces several features to improve the user experience of configuring OAuth2.

- OAuth2 is now a native authentication type and can be easily enabled for your services and web applications. Previously, OAuth2 was a type of delegated authentication.

- You can now create resource servers with the new OAuth2.ResourceServer class, which simplifies resource server configuration significantly. Previously, resource servers were instances of OAuth2.Client.

A bug or a feature or a stupid user error? The documentation says nothing about the limitations:

Is there documentation that shows the mapping between the management portal components and object script package.class.methods?
I am searching on-line documentation but have not been successful.
For example, in the management portal SystemOperation > TaskManager > TaskSchedule can map to the method: class(Monitors.Tasks).ListSuspendedTasks().


What would be a similar mapping for SystemOperation > TaskManager > TaskHistory?
I initially thought it would be something similar to class(Monitors.Tasks).ListTaskHistory().
