I am working on a customer project which uses some slightly altered FHIR resources in comparison to default R4 patient resource. I am able to import the structuedefinition as a custom FHIR package and assign it to the ISC FHIR server and the endpoint the IRIS instance provides.

How can I extract the sub-string before the last occurance of a delimeter in a string.

string = "aaDtext1Dtext2"

Delimeter = D

answer I need = aaDtext1

Hello, I created HL7 router Extends Ens.Rule.Definition. When I click the dot to the left, it does not draw lines to targets. I tried to add ClassMethod OnGetConnections(), but it does not get executed.

When I'm asked questions about SQL, I like Intersystems staff at the WRC, generally ask about the Query Plan. My feeling is that even before you run a query you should examine the results of Show Plan to confirm that the code is going to give me the results in the manner I would expect. If I expect it to leverage an index and I see that it is not then I go back and look at what I might have done incorrectly and try to re-write the query to get the index behavior I'm looking for. I am able to capture two values in two separate contexts in the BPL. One through an API call and another by looking at the contents of PV1:7. These are context.Prov and context.ProvName. I am checking to see if the values contained in the contexts are the same and if yes process further and if not stop.

In the IF statement I tried the below but none worked. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. The trace does show that they are the same value so that's not it.

1. context.Prov = context.ProvName
