Intersystems REGEX engine

I am working on a product that uses REGEX and matches it.
The regex is tested both on the client-side (using the JavaScript REGEX engine) and both on the server-side.

But I couldn't find one word about the way intersystems parses the regex, It is quite elementary to state which which engine it works with.

from what I could gather from early implementations and such, the engine is based off PCRE, But I need to confirm this somehow, Can anyone give me a definitive answer, Is there any tool to test the regex other than writing it myself??

I use a swagger file and ##class(%REST.API).CreateApplication to create the rest api.

There is an interesting post: https://community.intersystems.com/post/download-file-rest-api-operation, but it is code, not a swagger configuration. disp.cls returns always a header content : application/json that of course fails as I am not always returning a json

I can not figure out what to put in swagger. Some examples I tried:

Implementing a counter for OBX

Hi Team,

I am trying to use the inbuilt class: EnsLib.HL7.Service.FileService to pass through an HL7 ADT message as a part of an HL7 to FHIR transformation. We have a client requirement, where we are receiving an NTE segment as a part of the ADT message. I am trying to map the NTE segment to an OBX Segment. I need to implement a counter for OBX segment whenever a NTE segment is found and map the NTE fields to the new OBX segment

How do I implement the counter for OBX?

If both fields are numeric and the result of subtraction of field1-field2 is positive, only then put the result is a data field.

I am doing this within an Iris DTL.

I don't find any functions like IsNumeric(). Once I get that, I can test if field1>0 and field2>0, do the subtraction, and test if diff>0.

I just need a function to determine if they are numeric, rather than some cumbersome way like a regex where the only characters are 0-9.

I see functions in documentation but don't see them used at tests, only in WRITE statements.

HL7 Encoding issue

Dear All,

I have been sent an HL7 message as a file with the MSH segment as follows....

MSH|^~\&|SendingApp|pms3medd|HealthLink|cribrumt|20241121050000|PKI|ORU^R01|01_ASCIItest_2|P|2.3.1||||||UNICODE

I try picking up the file with a "EnsLib.HL7.Service.FileService" business service using a EnsLib.File.InboundAdapter adaptor. The Character set is set to "Native" and the Default Char Encoding to latin 1.

I am seeing the following error:

I am just writing something to share what I encountered last night, which is the IRIS 2024.3 does not comes with Python by default any more!!!

Which means that I need to install it by myself!!😅 The pros is, I can select my python version😁🤭💃 The trouble is.... at the first place.... I don't know what I should do😥.   • Old Namespace: LABORATORIO
  • New namespace: SRV-LABORATORIO

The rename of all has worked fine. When I've tried to access to the portal, it is no available, displaying the message "Tha namespace SRV-LABORATORIO does not support productions"
