In DeepSee we have a field that is numeric but is used as a dimension. In DeepSee it sorts this field in the following order. 10, 11, 15, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 990. Is there a way to have DeepSee sort it numerically instead of treating it like a character field? We would want to see it show up in the dimension as 2,3,5,6,7,10,11,15,990.

looking for what the timeout value is for the connection for shadowing. and if it is known the timeout for mirroring also.

I'm currently getting this error and when we go to mirroring it would be good to know also, this way we can go back to our network vendor and give them as much info as possible.

For testing purposes, I would like to create an EnsLib.HL7.Message from either a %String or a file on disk and pass it into a function in a unit test (outside of an Ensemble context). EnsLib.HL7.Parser appears to do the necessary parsing, but it also sends the message via Ensemble service rather than returning it as a value. Is there a way to leverage the parsing outside of a Ensemble service? Alternatively, is there another way to create an EnsLib.HL7.Message?

We are accessing the InterSystems`s cache database via UNIX ODBC and displaying the data in PHP website . Recently we have upgraded the PHP version to 5.6. We are getting the nondisplayable characters (�) for only strings. But the numbers and date fields are displaying correctly.

While querying the database via ISQL everything working fine (No Special characters).

I have looked around the internet and found the PHP 5.6 changed the default character to UTF-8.

For this issue anything, we can do from cache side.

We are trying to understand how websocket connections from a javascript client may timeout in cache. Does anyone know if and of the session timeout or any other timeouts apply to any synchronous websocket connections? I have not been able to prove that they do timeout at all.

Hello, I would like to know if CACHE has any limitations on uploading files.

Why am I asking this, why am I going through a problem here.

What happens is that when uploading files or images that are larger than 2.7 MB CACHE is limiting the size to 2.7 MB, any file larger than that is saved corrupted.

Already at the time of uploading the file or image, CACHE is limiting the size of the file to 2.6 MB.

I have an amazing tool called 7edit for editing and sending HL7 v2 messages. I've searched hours for a similar tool for HL7v3 without luck. They're all web based, crappy, broken links, etc.

I am looking for a general overview of how you would attach a document to a patient record in healthshare. For instance, an Advance Directive or Living Will.

Here are some starter questions:

1. What format is required, if any? Can it be a PDF or DOC?
2. How can/should it be submitted? HL7? XDS.b? Embedded in a CCD?
