InterSystems has corrected a defect that can cause an SQL query to return incorrect results.

The defect exists in the following products and any InterSystems offerings based on them.

Impacted versions are 2021.2, 2022.1.x, 2022.2, and 2022.3:

The issue can be triggered when SQL Runtime Plan Choice (RTPC) is enabled (the default) and the query contains a "truth value" WHERE ? = ?

I've been working for some days in the connectivity between NodeJS client applications and IRIS as server using web sockets.

The RoutineList query has an argument, and the routine name to be searched can be specified by prefix match or middle match. (For wildcards, specify * or ?)

Introduction

Say you have a receiving system that accepts HL7 and provides error messages in field ERR:3.9 in the ACK it returns. You require a different reply code action depending on the error message, however the Reply Code Actions settings for the operation do not provide this level of granularity. One option could be to create a process that takes the ACK and then completes the action you were expecting, however things can get a bit messy if the action is to retry the message, especially when trying to view a message trace.

SSH framework is a relatively representative framework of Java, which was popular many years ago. There are Struts+Spring+hibernate and Spring MVC+Spring+hibernate. Of course, I used the second one in college. If I can connect IRIS to Hibernate as a library, does it also mean that IRIS can be developed using SSH framework in theory?

I am having an issue with a file not being deleted from the FTP server and returning an error to this effect.  The file, however, was fully processed.  This causes the file to process again.  

My question is I seem to recall a flag that can be set to enable more detailed tracing to be done on the FTP service/adapter.  However, I have not been able to locate this.  Does anyone recall such a logging setting or was I just dreaming?

Released with no formal announcement in IRIS preview release 2019.4 is the /api/monitor service exposing IRIS metrics in Prometheus format. Big news for anyone wanting to use IRIS metrics as part of their monitoring and alerting solution. The API is a component of the new IRIS System Alerting and Monitoring (SAM) solution that will be released in an upcoming version of IRIS.

However, you do not have to wait for SAM to start planning and trialling this API to monitor your IRIS instances.

Future preview releases are expected to be updated biweekly and we will add features as they are ready.

In a healthcare setting we've an Ensemble namespace through which passes a key HL7 feed (the ADT feed from our PAS). It is split up, transformed and passed on to multiple downstream systems. We consider the feed going to each downstream system an interface. Each interface is developed as separately as possible - typically as a separate branch of our git repo (which we access via VS Code).

All this is fine till we try and name the version(s). We both want to know what is currently in live (the sum of all the interfaces in the namespace) and know what version each  specific interface is at.

InterSystems is pleased to announce the 2022.3 release of InterSystems IRIS Data Platform, InterSystems IRIS for Health, HealthShare Health Connect, and InterSystems IRIS Studio are now Generally Available (GA).

2022.3 is a Continuous Delivery (CD) release. Many updates and enhancements have been added in 2022.3, in SQL management, cloud integration, Kafka and JMS adapters, the SQL Loader, and other areas. The new FHIR SQL Builder and enhancements to Columnar Storage are included, but both are still experimental features (not for production, with an active Early Access Program in place).

Messages will contain fields with expressions like "REASON->Blood(1.23)" or "REASON->Bone(4.56)" or "REASON->Muscle Mass(7.89)". The word after the "->" can vary. I would like the outputs to be; "REASON(1.23)" or "REASON(4.56)" or "REASON(7.89)", basically removing "->" and the word or words that follow but leaving the parens and the numeric characters within.

I have an issue I could use a little help with. The other day, there was a connection problem with a client, and when trying to update information, we received 75 email notifications that there was a connection problem. I have looked in documentation, and the items on managed alerts might be a solution. However, I know some places have a system where then limit the number of messages of a particular error sent via the Ens.alert process/operation. I'm trying to determine what text should be considered for a message to be "identical".

Hi Friends,

I have created one utility method to check given id exist some reference table or not. If exist the method return1 otherwise 0.

But some times the backed table data will be reload with another process (REST request) , on any point of time. This reload process max it will take 30 seconds.

My Requirement is , the utility method should wait , if table reload is in progress.

Could you give me any suggestion for this issue.
