Hi all,
what is the best practices to prevent the creation of 2 identical resources in FHIR ?
Good morning. Can someone provide some advice? We know it is no longer supported or in development but it worked for the testing we were doing. We have several new people who need a copy. Does someone have a link to Iris Studio downloads?
If it's not available here are there other ways to test mumps code? Links? thank you!
I'm fairly new to InterSystems and I've been tasked with building a portal that can show DataCheck States among other details, the GetStateBySystem seems to be fit the bill but I don't see a why to call directly from the .Net SDK. I tried sql and can get data from the table but does include "state" information ("starting, stopping, running etc..."). I did find github example around .Net but none fit the bill. If anyone can point me to the right example or documentation it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Hi:
I have been adapting the IRIS WHIZ addon as part of the contest. I will soon fork the code on github so the changes are available.
The next phase is I am storing the date from and to time for a more complete search cache
zenPage.getComponent(36).value
it works in the chrome console ok

I'm not sure in external JS how to set the page it is on as a zenpage to use the zenpage functions
Here, we will introduce a sample code for registering and referencing task schedules.
①Sample of task schedule registration
*Create a task to execute do ^TEST every day at 1:00 am.
set task=##class(%SYS.Task).%New()
set task.Name="MyTask1"
set taskDescription="Execute ^xxx every day at 1:00 AM" // Optional
set task.NameSpace="USER"
set task.TimePeriod=0
set task.DailyFrequency=0
set task.DailyFrequencyTime=""
set task.DailyIncrement=""
set task.DailyStartTime=$ZTimeh("01:00:00")
set task.DailyEndTime=""
set task.TaskClass="%SYS.Task.RunLegacyTask"
set task.
Does IRIS for Health support Java 21?
As I begin our adventure into using an External FHIR Repository, I wanted to see what opinions people have about a design Idea I was working on.
I want to create a way that my Team has the ability to send a Message Type, and the system knows from that Message Type which FHIR queries to execute and return the Response back to the user, sort of like a FHIR Query Hub. Does this sound reasonable?
The 2024.1.1 extended maintenance release of InterSystems IRIS, InterSystems IRIS for Health, and HealthShare Health Connect is now available. It provides bug fixes for the previous 2024.1.0 release.
You can find the detailed change lists / upgrade checklists on these pages:
How to get the software
The software is available as both classic installation packages and container images. For the complete list of available installers and container images, please refer to the Supported Platforms webpage.
This link would be handy, if I could figure out how to 'set up' an IRIS / Universe DB..

Is there a 'how to' guide for doing this? I can't find anything specific, although, I know it can be done, because I have worked on a Cache/ Universe set up.
I suspect it will be problematic because, I want to do this on my local pc, which is not running as
In the previous article we presented the d[IA]gnosis application developed to support the coding of diagnoses in ICD-10. In this article we will see how InterSystems IRIS for Health provides us with the necessary tools for the generation of vectors from the ICD-10 code list using a pre-trained language model, its storage and the subsequent search for similarities on all these generated vectors.

Does anyone have an example of extracting the Resource from a FHIR Bundle?

I have a DTL that calls a custom function that returns an object. How do I code the IF statement to check if the object is empty. e.g. IF tObject={}
Does anyone know what this task does exactly? And what problems would I have if I didn't use an SSL certificate?
I got the error: "SSL/TLS error in SSL_connect(), SSL_ERROR_SSL: protocol error, error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed"
Has anyone encountered this problem before?
Hi there,
My purpose is to encrypt a communication using JWT tokens. I am developing on IRIS and my purpose is to generate a JWT token that will run on an older version of Cache (so I have to use functions that are compatible with the older version, Cache).
I wrote this code in IRIS:
s username = "user-test123"
set st = ##class(%OAuth2.Utils).TimeInSeconds($ztimestamp,0)
set et = ##class(%OAuth2.Utils).TimeInSeconds($ztimestamp, 60*15)
s payload = {"id": "test-id-123", "username": "test-username"}
s payload.exp = et
s payload.
I need an example of how to consume a pipe-delimited flat file place parts of it's content into parts of the SDA. I have the RecordMap built, but am unsure of where to go from here.
Any help would be greatly appropriated.
Thanks,
Lawrence
Works?

I was watching this video about IRIS and GitHub and all is clear to me how it works and how code from each branch is getting deployed to each IRIS environment but the process to deploy is manual. My question is how can I, if possible, to utilize gti-source-control from GitLab CICD pipeline to deploy code automaticaly after PR approval instead going to the Git UI?
Thanks
To compile class routines including the mapped modifier, specify the compiler modifier "/mapped=1" or "/mapped". For example, do the following:
[Example 1] Get the class list and compile
do$System.OBJ.GetClassList(.list,"/mapped")
// build your classes starting from .listdo$System.OBJ.Compile(.list) [Example 2] Compile all classes
do$system.OBJ.CompileAll("/mapped") Hi Team,
My SOAP functions were working perfectly before enabling basic authentication. To set up basic authentication, I created web applications for the SOAP service, checked the password option, and assigned a user to this web application. However, after enabling basic authentication, the SOAP service stopped working.

Since my initial question on ordering json properties a few things have happened.
Let me recap the issue at hand:
An effective source control solution allows organizations to manage complex codebases, facilitate seamless collaboration within development teams, and streamline deployment processes.
Sonic Healthcare, a leading provider of pathology, radiology, general practice, and corporate medical services, has significantly enhanced visibility and control over its complex environment by implementing Deltanji source control. The tight integration Deltanji provides with InterSystems IRIS and IRIS for Health has been central in achieving these improvements.
Hi,
I'm making a request to an API that works perfectly with Postman, you can see it here:.png)
The URL is https://testcds.esriguide.org/v2/session/3189981 where the last part is the ID's session I want to get back.
When I try to make the same request in IRIS I always get a "Bad request" error.
I'm creating the request which all the information needed (or at least that I know):
Method TornaRequestGET() As %Net.HttpRequest
{
Set request = ##class(%Net.HttpRequest).%New()
Set request.SSLConfiguration = "iGUIDE"
Do request.SetHeader("Authentication",..#AuthenticationAPIKEY)
Do request
Hi, I am considering making my own swagger json generation based on my rest api implementing the %CSP.REST class.
Before I begin, I was wondering if there is already some kind of support, perhaps in IRIS already, or some tools that might help me.
I am creating a new HL7 DTL item. I put the from as HL7 and the to as XML, hence, those Ens classes were loaded into the new DTL. However, on the map screen, both the left and the right column only show 'source' and 'target', and no other fields. I pictured that when I included these classes, both columns would pull the corresponding 'schema' to show all the to/from fields, but, they did not. Is that right?.png)
Hello,
First of all thanks for your help, and thank you for your time.
We have the following task:
To generate by hand the Ens.Request with the properties and inner Data Schemes which represent this XML, in HealthShare, by hand; the XML is this one:
<DSPortal360xmlns="http://tempuri.org/DSPortal360.Hallo,
To run the following script without encountering an exception, one must have either the %Manager role, the %HS_DB_HSSYS role, or the %ALL role.

}<THROW>zAddRecordToLogPersistence+7^HS.HC.Util.Installer.1 *%Exception.StatusException ERROR #5001: Attempt made to use$$$ActivationLog* macros before HSSYS existsIs there a way to direct the installer to install the foundation namespace in a different directory rather than under "mgr"?
After performing Concurrent External Backup and restarting the instance, if I want to perform an incremental backup of Concurrent External Backup again.
Should I redo the following steps?
Do CLRINC^DBACK("QUIET") Set x=$$BACKUP^DBACK("","E","Dirty external backup - incrementals must be applied.","","","")Set x=$$BACKUP^DBACK("","I","Nightly","test.bck","N","bck.log","QUIET","N","Y")Hello Community,
As per the Build index documentation "If you use BUILD INDEX on a live system, the index is temporarily labeled as notselectable, meaning that queries cannot use the index while it is being built. Note that this will impact the performance of queries that use the index." Is this hiding/not selectable is only applicable for BUILD INDEX or it supports class level %BuildIndices as well. as far as my analysis both syntax setting this setting SetMapSelectability.
Thanks!
