I'm currently working on a BPL (Business Process Language) in InterSystems Ensemble, and I'm facing an issue when trying to call the SendRequestSync() method within a code activity. My understanding is that SendRequestSync() is part of Ens.BusinessProcess, and since Ens.BusinessProcessBPL extends Ens.BusinessProcess, I believe it should be accessible.

However, during compilation, I'm encountering an error stating that the method doesn't exist in the class.

I'll be doing my first xml transform soon and I'm hoping to find a good graphical mapping tool to generate the XSLT. Does anyone have any recommendations? I've tried the demo of Altova MapForce and it's exactly what I want but it's super expensive. Working for a non-profit it would be nice if I could find a free or cheap solution.

I am using java gateway imported/proxy classes and JG business service. I need to load a dll at run time.

I use System.loadLibrary/System.load when in java. I’ve tried $ZF(-3,” C:\Windows\System32\pteidlibj.dll”) and $ZF(-4,1,"C:\Windows\System32\pteidlibj.dll") but I’m getting <DYNAMIC LIBRARY LOAD> error.

How can I load a dll at run time using COS?

when ever I pull the xml file from business services and its failed in business process and I am getting the below error.
ERROR ErrPreviouslyCrashedMessage: Message '117' crashed previously.

I'm trying to read PID-3 and route the message based on if a certain prefix existed, but I keep getting Property Does Not Exist.

I've tried

HL7.(PID:PatientIDInternalID()) Contains "COS"

Can you connect to FHIR through ensemble or do you have to have HealthShare to connect to FHIR services?

My group needs to be able to monitor items / tasks, and let a non-management-portal user see the monitoring. Is it possible to run DeepSee queries on Production items? I feel like I should not be recreating the production environment or the task manager just so that I can query on the items that are running, and on their states (like "successful" or "send email").

Also, I need to log custom events for each task, and I'm running into difficulties with the task manager in this regard; hence the question about using the Production instead, but querying it.

I'm asking this best-practices question on behalf of a customer.

They have a Caché-based application, and an Ensemble production deployed in front as an ESB to provide web service API access to the back end application. They're looking for a best practice approach for the scenario where the Caché back end is calling a third-party web service. Should that go through Ensemble too? It's sort of a philosophical design question/debate.

Is it possible to use a Contains clause using the IntersectLookup function?

I have been struggling and could use some help as I think I'm burnt. I am trying to change a Textual 2.5.1 OBX;5 with multiple iterations to a simple non-iterating outbound result. I have played around with $piece but can't seem to get it to work. The outcome I would like is for OBX;5 to look like this: |Positive| and currently it looks like this: |Positive~_~_~_~_~|. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

While using custom business service i'm not getting the Acknowledgement . But i tried with standard business service im getting acknowledgement . can you please help me to figure out the issue. Thanks in advance!!!
