 I have a query that return only one CLOB field and only one line, of oracle and  in field have a xml.

 if use  pResultSet.Get the string truncate the xml.

 I want display the xml as a service, because have many lines... i don't need iterate in xml, only get to oracle and display as xml soap.
 
 any tip help.

I have a need to create a custom deployment package for our production. I can't do a full deployment of the production so I need to create a custom deployment package that will add our new classes, business processes, rest end points and transforms. I would like for the production to add and configure the business services, process and operations as well.

Does anyone have an example for doing this?

We would like to know if there is a recommended way to look for if a service has a port in use in each Instance's / Namespace's Production?

We ask because of currently if we need to look if a port is used, we check in Studio every Namespace (there are more than 5) and every Instance (there are four)

I have one block of code that not working as it was supposed to in in SQL. I am using it in a routine

using the above SQL query I am trying to set a property(LocalEnvironment) which is defined as boolean. But the query is not enabling the property. FYI- We have extended businessprocess class to create a new property.

Hi, I am trying to filter transactions based on a value within OBX 3.1 and OBX 5.1 within the same repeating segment.  The segment looks like this

So now that I have figured out how to send a Page via HTTP.OutboundAdapter, I have another question. I want to use a Function that all I have to do is pass two variables and it is sent to the HTTP.OutboundAdapter I created to send the Page. 

So.. If I have a class file that ExtendsEns.Rule.FunctionSet, how do I force it to send a Request to my HTTP Business Operation, without having to go through a DTL, or Business Process?

InterSystems has identified an issue with product distributions containing Certificate Authority certificates that expire at the end of 2020. This issue does not affect system operation or system security in any way, although it does generate alerts about expiring certificates in the cconsole.log or messages.log files. I am trying to figure out how to send a Page via a HTTP.OutboundAdapter to a URL from Ensemble.

We have a URL that I am able to pass PNo=xxxx%PMsg=xxxx as parameters to send the page to a pager.

When I send the above URL through a REST client I receive a Response of "SENT".

But when I try to send it through the HTTP.OutboundAdpater I do not get a response.

I have a Business Service which retrieves data via a SQL adapter and writes the data in text file. My production is doing the job, but instead of the Business Operation output being one file, I am getting many files, with 1 , 2 or 3 rows only.

Our aim is to develop a method which retrieves an image stored in an external system, using a REST Operation

We are getting more and more request wondering if we could send/receive data via HTTPS to the outside world from within our Hospital Network. As you can imagine our Ensemble/Cache productions are not exposed to the DMZ or has access outside of the network. We only communicate with external vendors through a VPN, so communicating not using a VPN is rather new to us.

Currently there is a project to get rid of using Proxy, and instead of through a Load Balancer that can use rules to filter out traffic, which adds another layer of complexity.

I need another set of eyes to look at the following. Instead of a Data Lookup table, I wanted to try to lookup a value against a Cache table that I had build. So I thought I could write a function to run a simple SQL query against the Cache Table and return me a %Boolean value back to my routing rule. However today I found that it was not working properly.

Can someone take a look at the following method and verify that I am doing this correct?

I have a PV1 repeating field that can contain multiple or a single value. I'd like to always pull the last value in the field but am not sure how to configure this in my DTL.

The repeating field is in PV1:50().1

Could somebody shed some light on this?
