This time, we are going to add a flavour Ensemble/Healthshare,
to be informative and fast.

In this session we are going to discuss about - 
"Informative and Fast WEB API VIA ObjectScript and Ensemble/HealthShare"

Web API can be REST or SOAP. We will taking example of SOAP in this session.
However, whatever I demonstrate today, will also be applicable for REST.

     We are trying to do a small POC trying to integrate NHS Careconnect with Ensemble/Healthconnect. Does anyone have implemented this before. It would be good that you provide some suggestions  or any sample implementation. It would be good to get suggestions any  interesting use cases 

within NHS England for the POC.

Good afternoon - I am in the process of writing a AngularJS front-end for some CoS functions that my integration team uses for auditing, analyzing and various other purposes. I have re-tooled the functions to return JSON results that AngularJS can then interpret and display. Many kudos to the AngularJS series on this site for giving me a jump start.

One of these functions uses %SQL.Statement to prepare a class query on %Dictionary.CompiledClassQuery, Summary. This works perfectly if I give the web app making the call %All privileges but obviously I don't want to do that.

Hello Cache Developers:  I was curious if anyone has ever created a TWAIN interface to their Cache Application?   I am new to TWAIN and hence the reason for this question.  From what I understand, TWAIN is software used by various digital imaging software and TWAIN provides an API for applications to call to be able to import images into their application.   I work with a healthcare application and was wondering what types of things are required for a Cache Web Application to call the TWAIN API to be able to load images into a Cache table.

Need your help on executing  ##Class(Backup.General).ExternalFreeze() and ##Class(Backup.General).ExternalThaw()   operations in

Atelier REST API setup. Please provide us example code if any.

I am working on my first REST operation concept and had a question about the Property Parameters. If I put a value in CAPTION, does that mean that when I use it in my call that it will come out in the URL?

For example...

Property enumerationType As %String(CAPTION = "enumeration_type");

Then in my operation...

Set tURL=..Adapter.URL_"?q="_pRequest.enumerationType

We are trying to write an external backup application to backup Cache Database. After going through the Cache DB documentation, we have found that in Backup.General class there are methods for creating snapshot (Freeze/Thaw) which is required during backup. Are there REST APIs for the same?

Also we have the option of selecting individual DB instances in the management portal.  What are the methods/APIs of getting the DB list, so that user can select individual DB instances in an external backup application ? Do we have the methods/APIs to freeze/thaw the individual DB instances ?

Hi dev community,

I am currently  working on an interface that needs to communicate to a SOAP/ITK endpoint.

I am using the EnsLib.ITK.AdapterKit.Operation.SOAPOperation to interface with an ITK 
service, but it is proving to be more complex than originally expected to set up the web client 
against that particular end-point since I haven't been provided with a WSDL from ITK service side as 
the vendor state they are following the ITK standard and no WSDLs are needed.

I want to insert my dataframe into InterSystems IRIS. So, I tried to do this:

And got this error:

Py4JJavaError: An error occurred while calling o80.save.
: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.spark.sql.execution.datasources.jdbc.JdbcUtils$.

I am working on SOAP WSDL, where I am getting below error, I could not figure out where the error is hitting in code. Error says,

"ERROR #6248: SOAP response is a SOAP fault: faultcode=Client faultstring=Badly formed SOAP Message faultactor= detail= <error xmlns="http://www.intersystems.com/trak/ws"> <text>ERROR #5002: Cache error: &lt;METHOD DOES NOT EXIST&gt;zXMLNew+1^Custom.ENXX.Integration.WebService.Schema.DemogData.1 *%New,Custom.ENXX.Integration.WebService.Schema.DemogData</text> </error>"

I don't have any method as such described in the error - "Custom.ENXX.Integration.

I have a silly question of using InsertParam method and usage. I understand it is name value pair. I am using GET method to send a url and to get the details from server. URL has multiparameter

URL -  api/Identifier/Image/?Verify.EDD={EDD}&Verify.Ethnicity={ETHNICITY}

I have used the URL in a method and called that method directly in the business operation. I am using Insertparam method -

do httpRequest.InsertParam("EDD",..Data.Verify.EDD)
do httpRequest.InsertParam("ETHNICITY",..Data.Verify.Ethnicity)

SQL gateway.

It is not "compiling" correct the properties(get; set;)  in the class, and generating 2 methods of :

GetuProperty and SetuProperty.

so it's not equivalent to standard  methods interface handling.

SQL gateway.

There is a basic problem with sql gateway,

while building the proxy methods, with:

d ##class(%Net.Remote.Gateway).%ExpressImport(class, port, host, 0, classObj)
it causes error messages as something in the class is not correct,

while this class passed OK all Visual Studio of C#

and same class working OK under the %Activate Assembly link

I think there is also problem  with overload methods (same methods names).

K-Means is one of the simplest unsupervised learning algorithms that solves the clustering problem. It groups all the objects in such a way that objects in the same group (group is a cluster) are more similar (in some sense) to each other than to those in other groups. In all web services, i need to my get login and token. So with Postman, i tried to call a HTTP request where I put the login/token in the header :

I tried to get data from Http request header. The REST APi use %CSP.REST. I tried something like that : 

But it didn't work..

Someone can give me some example or other method ?

I am using the %Net.HttpRequest method to get data from a server.

The server will continuously send data. Is there any way that i can able to read the HttpResponse data line by line so that if at a particular line i may terminate the request.
