Hi,

I have a ORU message, which has a EVN segment that I want to remove and send the message across.

I tried to clone the request as below:

s newreq = request.constructClone

s changreq = newreq.RemoveSegmentAt("EVN")

Set request  = changereq

but it fails. Is there a way that I can safely remove a segment and pass it on?

Would appreciate your help in this

Regards,

Eric

I have created a custom container that contains medication adherence data. I want to know the best-practice way of querying the data for to display in a custom Zen page in the Clinical Viewer for a given loaded patient.

Let's say the custom class is called Hospital.Data.MedicationAdherenceData. Let's say the streamlet class is Hospital.SDA3.Streamlet.MedicationAdherenceData

Hello,

I am struggling to print out the actual property values of the Security.System class.

https://cedocs.intersystems.com/latest/csp/documatic/%25CSP.Documatic.cls

I was hoping to be able to print the Authentication Enabled properties of a system from the command line using the Get or GetProperties class method. Currently, however, I am only able to get a return 1 or Invalid Oref error.

Hi developers!

Just want to check with you on best practices for that.

You collaborate for InterSystems IRIS repository. You fork it, then make changes, commit, push, pull request, discuss(if any), your PR is accepted.

What's next?

Do you delete the repository you forked in?

A SOLID Design in Cache Object

In this session, we will discussing SOLID Principle of Programming and will implement in a example.
I have used Cache Object Programming Language for examples.
We will go step by step to understand the requirement, then what common mistakes we use to do while designing, understanding each principles and then complete design with its implementation via Cache Objects.

IRIS provides us with anti login CSRF attack mitigation, however this is not the same as a CSRF attack, as login attacks only occur on the login form. There are currently no built-in tools to mitigate CSRF attacks on api calls and other forms, so this is a step in mitigating these attacks.

See the following link from OWASP for the definition of a CSRF attack:

https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Cross-Site_Request_Forgery_(CSRF)

Let's have a round of CodeGolf!

As usual the goal is to write the shortest solution for a specified problem.

Today we have one of the classics: FizzBuzz.

Write a program that prints the numbers from 1 to 100.

But for multiples of three print “Fizz” instead of the number and for the multiples of five print “Buzz”.

For numbers which are multiples of both three and five print “FizzBuzz”

Hi all,

I'm looking to set up monitoring for several interfaces. I understand that I can set an Inactivity Timeout. However, obviously there are messages coming through more frequently during certain hours than other hours.

Is there a way to set an Inactivity Timeout for each hour of the day instead of one value that is used all day long?

Best,

Erin

Hello community,

I need to know if there is any method which can me say specified imported files or namespaces in Cache.

To better specification of my problem, I've got two installer manifests. Firts one did some resource changing and import some files and classes, second one must be started after the first one, because it's only his update, which creates some nemaspaces. So i need to check if the first manifest ran succesful and I can start the second one.

Hello,

Is it possible to write global output values to STDOUT, in a similar way to how csession can take routine intput, like below:

(In Cache Terminal)

%SYS>d ##class(%SYSTEM.License).ShowSummary()

License Server summary view of active key.

     Distributed license use:

Current License Units Used =        1

Maximum License Units Used =        1

License Units   Authorized =      200

     Local license use:

Current Connections =      1  Maximum Connections =      1

Hello Community,

How do i disable an operation explicitly based on a value in a variable?

I set the ReplyCodeAction to E=D.

In the Operation Code i am throwing an explicit ERROR

THROW ##class(%Exception.General).%New("Shutting Down Operation",999,,"My own special exception")

But my operation still remains up.

Any suggestions please will be appreciated.

¡Hola a tod@s!

Hi Everyone!

InterSystems HealthShare is nominated for the Computable Awards 2019! The Unified Health Record that we implemented together with our partner Itzos in the St. Maartens Clinic has a chance to become the "ICT Project of the Year in Healthcare".

A great honour, but of course we also want to win. We need 4,000 votes! Therefore we'd like to ask you to vote!

Hi Developers!

This is the second post on the resources for Developers. This part is about Open Exchange

Using Open Exchange to Learn InterSystems

InterSystems Open Exchange is a applications gallery of tools, connectors, and libraries which InterSystems Developers submit to share the experience, approaches and do business. All the applications are either built with InterSystems data platforms or are intended to use for development with InterSystems data platforms.

If you are a beginner developer you can take a look at applications in Technology Example category. All the applications in this category come with open source code repositories, so you are able to run the samples and examples in a docker container with IRIS on your laptop or in the cloud IRIS sandbox. ¡Hola a tod@s!
