Can I please check if anyone has built a simple web interface for maintaining custom SQL lookup class.

We have a simple persistent class in HealthShare which is used for storing Pathology test codes. Test codes in this lookup class is used for message filtering and applying additional logic when processing pathology results/orders.

Hello community.

I have a request from a client who wants to do the following.
Currently, they have a data upload process via FTP in which they have implemented a RecordMap to store the information of the CSV files that are uploaded to the FTP directory.
Now they want to have another directory so that it is ONLY executed through an external instruction, not when the file is uploaded to the directory.

Hello,

I'm trying to get the Reply Action Code to work with the error message text.

I have this ACK:

MSH|^~\&|APP|FACIL|||20250821143621||ACK|CUEACK_20250821143621|P|2.4
MSA|AE||Failed to queue message

This is some of the Action Codes I've tried:

  • E*Failed to queue message=S
  • E*Failed=S
  • E*"Failed to queue message"=S
  • :E*Failed to queue message=S
  • :?E*Failed to queue message=S

It's not suspending the message however.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Community

I'm working on a complex piece of rules that needs to check each OBX and evaluate if 3 of the fields match certain criteria. I've tried to achieve this using a Foreach loop, which does work, however it is not as clean as I wanted it. I was hoping I could assign temp variables inside the foreach loop to make the rules more easier to read, for example @testCode @resultText. This is not support as you can only assign inside a when condition. Before I raise this as an idea, i wondered if there was an alternative way to achieve the same thing?

How to send the HL7 Batch messages over a SOAP webservice which takes 3 credentials(Username, Password& Org.ID) using IRIS Management Portal V 2019.1?

WSDL xsd : element - 1.Username , 2.Password ,3.Org.ID ,4.HL7 Message.

Info I had -

Source is CSV File will be translated to HL7 using data Transformations. All the transformed messages need to be sent to destination System through SOAP request as a single Batch File.

I'm currently seeking a new position related to InterSystems technologies. My major skill is app integration and data flow development on the InterSystems IRIS platform (Interoperability). I develop high-load, mission-critical software. My coding background on Cache ObjectScript includes hundreds of data flows, thousands of Production business hosts, dozens of APIs, and other solutions on InterSystems IRIS. I worked to integrate such applications as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Siebel, SAP Commerce Cloud, many custom apps, and all that can be integrated. I have also gained experience in various areas, including SQL, Java, Docker, IRIS administration, Kafka, and Flutter (Dart).

Here's a practical example of how to import data from a CSV file into InterSystems CACHÉ using ObjectScript
Assuming your CSV file is simple (e.g., comma-separated, with headers), you can use %Stream.FileCharacter to read it line by line and parse the data.

With Intersystems indicating ZEN pages are being deprecated, I'm looking to find out how to add custom configuration pages for the management portal using the new method similar to the new Rules editor.

From what I can tell the new method uses rest pages using JWT Authentication, and has a mechanism to use the session cookie to generate the JWT token.

Hi folks!

Sometimes, when designing a class method and feeding it with more and more useful features, very soon the number of parameters can reach 10 and even more.

It becomes pretty difficult for users of useful methods to remember the position of the important parameter, and it is very easy to misuse the position and transfer the wrong value to the wrong parameter.

Here is an example of such a method (I asked GPT to create a method with 20 params):
