Sometimes it is more convenient, more efficient, and more secure, to limit FHIR Searches per pre-defined "Lists" of Resources.

Since v2025.1 we support several List-related features in our FHIR Server.

Hi everyone,

I'm dealing with a situation where LOAD DATA operations — especially large batches with data inconsistencies — are consuming a lot of disk space. I've noticed that the same error messages are being repeatedly logged in the %SQL_Diag.Result and %SQL_Diag.Message tables, which is significantly increasing the size of the database.

One idea was to move these diagnostic tables to a separate database with a configured size limit, but before going down that path, I'd like to ask:

Hi Community,

I’m trying to execute a directory query in InterSystems IRIS using %SQL.Statement, but encountering an unexpected error.

Details:
The following command confirms that the directory exists:

Set dirPath="\\MYNETWORK_DRIVE\DFS-Shared_Product\GXM"
Write ##class(%File).DirectoryExists(dirPath)

It returns 1, meaning the path is valid and accessible.

However, when I try to execute this SQL query:

I'm working with HealthShare, and need to create a user account for our development environment with specific access requirements. This user will need only to:

Review messaging and environments
See production and namespaces
NOT modify anything (read-only access)

After reviewing the documentation on user roles and rights management, I can see the default roles available in our system include:

For background, I've developed code that relies on %JSON.Adaptor functionality across an entire package of classes in our codebase. In regenerating these classes with %JSON.Adaptor as a superclass, I've encountered compilation errors from the JSON adaptor generators in certain classes, triggered by certain property types or parameters that are incompatible.

I just installed IRIS 2022.1 onto a new VM in the MAG (Azure Government) cloud. The install was successful. Everything looked fine.

When attempting to stop this instance of IRIS, the system hangs at "Withdrawing from License Domain". Eventually, my session is disconnected. The instance then has a status of "sign-on inhibited". To stop this instance, I need to force it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

FHIR in IRIS 4 health

Hi,

We have some concerns on how to implement FHIR, do we do facade?, how do we get resources?, what is a resource?, is a resource "Patient" or an instance of a patient?, How can we have a FHIR repository AND send the patient details to healthshare MPI?

Has anyone correctly created a FHIR server that has custom methods?, handles "normal" methods and forwards onto Healthshare MPI , processing the response and creates a accurate FHIR response back to the calling system.

Studio's Find In Files finds nothing if CLS routines are included. The error is WIDE CHAR. After using ##class(%Studio.Project).FindInFiles programmatically and then ZW after the same error I strongly suspect that CodeWalkopdatecopyopt in EnsLib.InteropTools.HL7.Cloverleaf.Parser.cls is to blame. I cannot even open this class, unlike other classes from EnsLib.InteropTools.HL7.

I'm running the image "containers.intersystems.com/intersystems/irishealth-community:2025.1" as a container on my local Docker desktop.

Now I want to set up an ODBC SQL connection, but I don't know how to do it.

I have tried various ways without success. Like building my own image (see "Dockerfile" description below).

I have also added ODBCINI variable in my docker-compse (see "Docker-compose.yml" description below).

Anyone done this before?

I'd really appreciate some help.

How to send the HL7 Batch messages over a SOAP webservice which takes 3 credentials(Username, Password& Org.ID) using IRIS Management Portal V 2019.1?

WSDL xsd : element - 1.Username , 2.Password ,3.Org.ID ,4.HL7 Message.

Info I had -

Source is CSV File will be translated to HL7 using data Transformations. All the transformed messages need to be sent to destination System through SOAP request as a single Batch File.

As a developer who uses Cache as DB for a couple of projects, I'm using REST API's every time, knowing how to consume a resource from REST API, in my opinion, it's crucial to know how to consume external REST Api's using %Net.HttpRequest because it enables integration with modern web applications and services, and it's a crucial skill for a backend developer who loves and uses Cache as a DB.

What and who is %Net.HttpRequest
