I am currently facing the task of retrieving or sending HL7 messages from a web API. Since we only send HL7 messages via internal sockets, web APIs are relatively new to me.

In the BusinessOperation method I am trying to create %Net.HttpRequest

to post REST Service.

I am able to access HTTPServer ,URL details form Adapter using below code

Set httpRequest.Server = ..Adapter.HTTPServer
Set httpRequest.Location = ..Adapter.URL

How to read SSLConfiguration from Adapter properties?

I have a need to create a custom deployment package for our production. I can't do a full deployment of the production so I need to create a custom deployment package that will add our new classes, business processes, rest end points and transforms. I would like for the production to add and configure the business services, process and operations as well.

Does anyone have an example for doing this?

Do you find yourself commonly adding code actions to your data transformations? If so, what do these contain? Is there a reason you choose to add a code action over creating a custom function that you can call?

I need to generate a DDL file from a .cls class that already exists, the idea is to create a mirror table in SQL. Is it possible to do this export or do I need to do the CREATE TABLE manually?

Has anyone tried using Server-Sent Events with Caché/HealthShare/Ensemble and angularjs?

Found one interesting behaviour in one system with Ensemble. Some Request class has a property with type %XML.CharacterStream by design, this class is the heaviest request in the system, and with profiling journal files, it got about 40% of the file. When I counted all the sizes of such streams per one day and found that the real stored data is three times less.

I am new to Intersystems and I am wondering if there exists a NYC tri-state regional or NE regional group for Ensemble?

What is your level of engagement with the cloud provider? Are you testing their infrastructure? In which case I'd expect you being progressing a parallel test with at least a second provider ;-) Or, are you already running a production environment?

We have a big problem with spanish accent and special characters using Data Transformation (HL7 Messages).

We have some DT to transform HL7 messages to other type (OUL^R22 To OML^O21) so it copys the PID segment to the new one, but if in the PatienName field has any special character, the transformation stops and it not continues with the transformation.

I am trying to update a setting of an operation directly via the code of a business operation.

Concretely, my customer want a counter for the number of calls to the operation and the possibility to redefine the point of this counter.

I am trying to copy a string that includes an ampersand into OBX.3.1

I have tried multiple combinations of escape sequences and single/double quotes and about everything I can think of, but I cannot get the ampersand into the OBX3.1 field.
