We've incorporated VS Code's support for multiple concurrent debug sessions and consoles into the latest release of Serenji.
So if you're working with processes that relate or are dependent on each other, you can now debug them together. Just launch a second Serenji debug session (F5) whilst the first one is still active.
This short video below shows how it works. We hope you find this feature useful!
Hello every one, here in our company we are trying to develop a tool to help us in our "Code Review" that today is completely done for another developer.
So I need to develope a tool that reads a class/routine (Already done) and identify if in the current line there is some abbreviated command, that is against our policy of codification, for example:
s variable = "test" d ..SomeMethod()
So in this cases I want to warn the original developer that the code has parts that need to change the "s" to "Set" and de "d" to "Do".
We recently moved our cache instance from windows 2012 to windows 2016 and when i try to now import % routines i'm getting the following error "Unable to obtain a write lock on this routine because either another user has the routine open for editing or you do not have write access to the database the routine is stored in. This item will be skipped."
An effective source control solution allows organizations to manage complex codebases, facilitate seamless collaboration within development teams, and streamline deployment processes.
Sonic Healthcare, a leading provider of pathology, radiology, general practice, and corporate medical services, has significantly enhanced visibility and control over its complex environment by implementing Deltanji source control. The tight integration Deltanji provides with InterSystems IRIS and IRIS for Health has been central in achieving these improvements.
As part of the Open Exchange competition Salford Royal (Dean White and Mark O'Reilly) developed a REST API for sharepoint as a template that works but can also be a starting point to your own Rest Applications
Prerequisites
This is using the v1 REST sharepoint API you need a tennant id, client id, client secret and tennant name
In a typical database, changing the type of a column from some kind of date/time to a string would require a degree of migration effort for existing values. In Caché, my suspicion is that this is not the case, and I could simply change a property definition from %Timestamp to %String (MAXLEN = "30") and recompile, without needing to worry about damaging the existing data stored for this property. Is this correct? Or would I find the existing data in this property being lost or corrupted?
Accuracy rate is a measure of our prediction results, and it is a measure of how many of the predicted positive samples are actually positive. The recall rate is for our original sample, and it shows how many positive examples in the sample were correctly predicted. Accuracy = Predicted correctly/All If we want to be able to retrieve as much content as possible, this is the pursuit of "recall ratio", namely A/(A+C), the bigger the better.
Listen to CEO George James chat with Derek Robinson, host of the InterSystems DataPoints podcast talk about source control, developer tools and how our solutions are beneficial for InterSystems IRIS users.
In this short 17 minute episode, George and Derek discuss our work with developer tools, and how choosing the right source control can provide users with a seamless solution - which is why Deltanji is seen as the go-to source control for InterSystems IRIS users.

Is there any way to include a CSP page within a CLS? Example: #Include file.csp
Context: I work with a legacy that most screens are built using only CLS. I'm trying to change this by separating the frontend layers to be built only with CSP and backend layers using CLS. I improvised a method that injects an iframe to render the CSP in CLS through that iframe, but I'm still not happy. I need to know if there is any way to include this CSP using some specific resource for this.
I have a client running cache on an AIX platform. I put together a objectscript to allow for the viewing the processes running against the database using a select from SYS.Process. One of the values I want in the view of the processes information is Jobtype but I want to convert it from the numeric value to a string value. In the Intersystems documentation there is a reference to an include file $syPidTab.inc that should include macros that make this translation. I have not been able to track down this include file.
I have a use case where I'm using embedded SQL within a Business Process to interact with a SQL table. However, when it comes to deployment into our production, the table wont form part of the deployment package created from the production.
Beyond manually creating the table on the production system, is there a standard way of ensuring that a table needed for a class is created during deployment?
We wonder how could we get the following attribute:
Which is found in the response Header being sent from a Operation to a Process, when there is an exeptionWwe would need to access the Response ErrorStatus text in the Process
So we have seen that we could create a class, to sign a document, and store the sign inside that new class. We have also seen that there are some different algorithms to choose from, like sha1.
I created %ZSTART, having just learned about it. I included some minimal code to test it, as follows: %ZSTART SYSTEM WRITE "SYSTEM.",! QUIT JOB WRITE "JOB.",! QUIT LOGIN WRITE "LOGIN.",! QUIT CALLIN WRITE "CALLIN.",! QUIT
Now Terminal still works as normal, and sure enough I get "LOGIN" displayed, but when I start Studio I get an error message such as the following. I wonder what Caché ODBC has to do with it.
I have noticed a problem in some new code I did on one of our productions. I think it is leading to 2 problems.
I have a file, lets call it 1111111111_2300.pdf.
We make the file UNIQUE to avoid an issue. This filename in the working directory gets a session ID Added to it before the .pdf. So lets say it was session ID 9 it would be 1111111111_2300#SID9.pdf in a working directory .
There are further operations to be done on this document before it is sent. For various errors an email is sent back to service users.
Hi, I am new to InterSystems database. I am developing an application to display real time skillset statistic data, including max waiting time per skillset. I have access to the database through ODBC, using InterSystems ODBC driver. But I don't know from which table or view to get real time data of maximum waiting time per skillset. I appreciate any advices.
I need to show the absence of data, so I have to join the list of predefined values with a result of a select statement. However, it seems like Table Value Constructors in JOIN are either not supported, or I do not understand the syntax. Basically, I am going for something like this:
Select v.valueId, m.name
From (values (1), (2), (3), (4), (5)) v(valueId)
left Join otherTable m
on m.id = v.valueId
