In the AWS Boston office location in the Seaport, over 71 attendees showed up to chat, network, and listen to talks from two amazing speakers. After we rolled out a new cointainer based on containers.intersystems.com/intersystems/irishealth:2023.1 this week, we suddenly noticed that our FHIR Repository started responding with an Error 500. This turns out to be caused by PROTECT violations on the new HSSYSLOCALTEMP namespace and database used by this version of the IRIS for Health FHIR components.

we are migrating a legacy script that uploads the files to a SharePoint site through webdav to Health Connect engine.

I wonder if anyone has ever done that, if yes, what did you do to achieve this?

Does anyone have a query that I could run to show a Vendor the time difference between when a message was sent out a BO, and when we received the HL7 ACK back that is associated with the message sent?

I am trying to prove to this vendor of the delay we are seeing getting the ACK back because of a Timeout

I know how to pull Ens.MessageHeader, and EnsLib.HL7.Message but not sure how to match up the Message with the HL7 Acknowledgement received.

As part of a process to generate FHIR XML bundles from HL7 messages, I have a subtransform transforming segments of an MDM_T02 message into a section of XML (EnsLib.EDI.XML.Document). So far this has worked well although I've encountered strange behaviour when making use of an xmlns attribute, whereby the attribute's name is duplicated despite the schema and DTL editor displaying it correctly.

Run InterSystems IRIS inside of Home Assistant, as an add-on. is anybody located in the DACH area healthcare sector working with Dedalus Orbis as patient master and uses a custom HL7 schema for parsing Orbis message structures into Health Connect?

We're facing a migration and I ask myself if I have to create a schema by myself, based on the pdf documentation given by the company. This is a tedious task, so hopefully there is somebody out there willing to share his or her experience.

I had a need for a Filter, but did not want to recreate the wheel by creating another Data Lookup Table, so instead I created a Linked Table that points to a MS SQL Table outside of IRIS.

Once I had the Linked Table, I created a Class Method Function that would query the Linked Table and return a 1 if a result came back.

I am trying to setup my training after attending the Building HL7 interfaces course with ISC.
