I think we can't export directly from Cache 5.02 to Cache 16.

First Upgrade your instance to next higher version(i.e Cache 10 ) and check whether the users exists (System Management Portal-> Security Management-> Users).

And then upgrade current instance (i.e.) Cache 2010  to 2016.

Go and check the users and export it .
