I'm trying to deploy a python/flask application to an Iris4Health container (2025.1) but running into some issues with packages and where they should be installed.

I'm playing with some anayltic queries against FHIR server tables. The HSFHIR_X0002_S_Patient.addressCity table contains a lot of cities which names contain german charachers such as ä, ö and ü.
The following query works fine:
select value from HSFHIR_X0002_S_Patient.addressCity
But this one converts city names to uppercase, and characters with umlauts are lost, so instead of "Köln" or "München" I see KOLN and MUNCHEN:
We've got some web services that utilise EnsLib.SOAP.Service/EnsLib.REST.Service. These do some further requests to a few operations to call some other services and return the combined results.
An issue that we are noticing is that some of the usage involves users hitting the refresh button a few too many times and generating a lot of requests. This is mostly an issue when the service that the operations are calling are down or slow to respond. IRIS starts using a lot of RAM when this occurs and has caused outages by getting through an extra 50-60GB of RAM.

If you are using the client-side development paradigm (i.e. editing code in local files that get imported and compiled onto the IRIS server your `objectscript.conn` settings point to) you can now use IPM in VS Code to manage the packages in your IRIS target by launching it from the Explorer view.

I’d like to know how I can update my login email address from the profile section.
When I click the "Edit" option in my profile, it redirects me to login.intersystems.com. However, even on that page, I don’t see an option to edit the login email address. [unable to edit]

If there is a way we can find how much a particular namespace is utilizing the O/S CPU and memory, that will be great in resource utilixation as well as capacity planning.
I thought I knew how to return a Response from a Business Process back to the Source Config Name, but I guess not.
I am working on a Proof of Concept, that the Request Message Class would determine a "Route" within a Business Process to make a FHIR call (search, read) to our External FHIR repository, and return back the HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.xxxxxxx as a Response to the Source Config Name.
Does anyone know what this error message mean, we are trying to save records to My.Package.List class and sometimes we get this error message at first but when I try to save the same record again from the Terminal it does save fine?
When I first encountered FHIR, I encountered a problem with its message format. It was difficult for me to determine whether the message I created met the format, and it was also difficult to easily create an FHIR message from scratch.
So, through fhir server of IntereSystems’fhirserver API, I created this application for quickly generating/validating FHIR messages.
