We have a vendor that every couple of days will just stop transmitting messages, but still hold the TCP/IP connection open. No matter how many times we troubleshoot and talk with them, they don't seem to think its an issue with system. Normally if I just restart the service it will get the data flowing again.

After compiling the variables, I check to see if accession number is found in the table.

I am receiving the following error in my buisness operation:

From what I understand, the problem occurs in the generated int file mb.MbMainOperation.1 in the method zGo2, with the offset of 181 lines, and the variable in question is a local variable tSC.
However, the line where the error occurs does not refer to tSC in any way
I'm trying to take an unformatted social security number and insert the dashes into it. I'm getting a value in PID-19 like this: "123456789" and would like to use a data transformation to set the value in PID-19 to "123-45-6789".

In my current role, I have been asked around the best way to design some patient labels for a client.
I primarily would stick to what I know and veered towards designing the label in ZPL and then creating a Abstract Class to call the ZPL code, however I have been asked why not to design via JReport. The patient labels will be processed via thermal ink printers primarily Zebras, I am wondering if anyone out there has come across this or would recommend to stick to what you know.

I am working on setting up our Failover techniques as we move to a Mirror Environment with a Arbiter, 2 Failover Nodes, and a Async (DR) Node. I got a problem to resolve, to sum it up I need to extract a function body from a JS file with cos. I already got the JS code in a string and the function name but I'm kinda stuck as to how to get my function body, I already tried a few things (regEx, counter bracket) but there are comment and strings that block them from functioning. Is there a javascript parser or a good way to do it except by creating a javascript parser?
For a requirement of the customer, we have a BS Rest api with a lot of methods, we need to get the IP of the caller, the method and what is the time that the API has taken to process.
I've found the event onPreDispatch where I can take the IP, ClassMethod, etc.. I'm using a global variable to save this information.
Is there a way to exclude specific members from a class when exporting to an XML or UDL file? Bonus question: is there a way to import from that file without overwriting those members that were excluded?

I am testing vectorsearch, while doing so I am trying to paginate my resultset for a "next page" function to give me the first, second, third 15 entries within a table.
For this I have two embedding classes. One with a HNSW Index (vectornomicembedtextlatest), and one without (vectornomicembedtexttest).
Calling SELECT ID,PRIMKEY FROM SQLUser.vectornomicembedtexttest LIMIT 5 OFFSET 1 works fine with the first entry having the rowID of 486448. (I deleted old entries in the beginning and reused the table)
Does anyone have any experience with getting, unfortunately, an older version of Cache to authenticate via SMTP to send email? I have verified that the settings are set up properly on the mailbox as I have successfully sent an email from a LAMP server, which comes from the same IP address.
If you have any thoughts, I would greatly appreciate it.

We are creating a package (written in Caché Object Script) that will provide access to an external DB (MySQL). Because applications that use our package will be run from machines with various, potentially unexpected, operating systems, we’d like to establish a connection to the external DB without using DSNs (we’ve heard that setting up DSNs on certain non-Windows machines can be cumbersome and problematic).
