I am making a FHIR request against Epic, in when I get the Response back using "fromDao" I am extracting the stream into HS.FHIRModel.R4.Patient. However, the patient's name comes back as name within a list that references HS.FHIRModel.R4.SeqOfHumanName.
How do I extract the name from HS.FHIRModel.R4.SeqOfHumanName?
Do I have to then do another "fromDao" to pull the list into string format?
How do I navigate around the lists that are in a FHIRModel response, to extract the string values?
I am looking for an implementation strategy to create/update organizations in a local ISC based FHIR server. Thoase organizations do have a certain dependancy to one another. For Organization resources the "partOf" property symbolizes that. It is planned, that a Interoperability Production (supporting FHIR Server) receives a bundle which contains a batch export of all organizations of a customer (Hospital). The task is to bring those data into the FHIR server create and/or update organization.

I have developed a web form to upload CCDA files, and I'm attempting to convert the uploaded CCDA files to FHIR. I'm doing a REST service. A method has as body parameter a JSON corresponding to a class A.
In my production I have class A so that I retrieve the parameters using a dynamic object, such that:

I created the Process to extract the required data from ADT message to a Dynamic Object. I wanted to send the JSON stream to EnsLib.File.PassthroughOperation operation and generate a file with the content of JSON stream.
I build an API and there I use $order to get the Data from my Globals. When I first time use that API it's get an error (504 Gateway-Timout > 60 Sec.).
After 2 reloads it works with a loading time of 2 Sec.! Sounds for me like the $order is cached and it works faster. Is it true $order will be cached?
When it works, I only get the error at the next day. So it's very hard to reproduce that error. Is it possible to delete the cache for $order?
