As I've become a little more familiar with HealthShare, I'd like to start exploring different ways of doing things. To date, the bulk of my data transformations have been using DTL; only using ObjectScript for a few operations that write to external SQL tables that were largely based on examples provided by my sales engineer.

I'd like to trying doing all of the data transformation in a process using ObjectScript. This would be a much closer approach to my experience doing transforms using JavaScript in our other interface engine, and I think using this as a method to better learn the idiosync

Is anyone have ever work on AS2 to push and pull the EDI? If yes please help me on this.

I'm cautious not to ask too many questions on here, but there really doesn't seem to be a good XML end to end guide that explains these things.

I'm looking the status of the practice- I tried date but again fell flat as i wan't able to ensure i only got the end date from the first <date> tags and not any subsequent dates. 

Managed to do it kinda in a class method like so 

  set httprequest = ##class(%Net.HttpRequest).%New()

Does anyone have an easy way of reading the cdata in the xml response returned buy a Webservice?

At the moment I have a XML class and then I use read.Correlate() to read through that XML bit.  

However, depending on the message I have different things in the CData and I don't want to create a class for each one of these.

The API returns the cddata as KeyValueOfstringstring.

My idea would be to send to my method the cdata as a parameter which is the KeyValueOfstringstring part of the response message and then deal with it...

Any help would be appreciated...

I have a code tag that performs some logic in a DTL, and want to add to it the ability to find the number of substrings delimited by a dollar sign ($) within a particular string. I have tried the following which compiles just fine, but generates an error when testing in the Data Transformation Builder.

I was just wondering whether anyone can help, I have managed to configure LDAP within Healthshare [HealthShare Modules:Core:15.032.9688], and I am also able to login with my LDAP user.  However, I am unable to assign any roles to this user, the user  appears on the users page however, it does not appear in the dropdown list of users when you try to update a particular role in the roles page (I am not sure where I have gone wrong with this).  I can login with the user but I don't get any where far with it because it has no roles assigned to it.  Any help would be great.

Hi, I am facing issue during LDAP lookup like whenever I used product group parameter in AD explorer to search data from application I am getting empty result. If I set product group parameter as null then based on distinguished name result is generated in application. So if anyone knows about how LDAP works and how parameters are set in AD explorer then please let me know.

We are trying to migrate old server to new infrastructure and need to sync all the DTL cls from old one to new one. There are hundreds of DTL in system and we tried to export from production but cannot select all at once which might cause some missing classes. Not able to connect to studio or atelier with that server neither. Is there any way that we are able to do mass export from system which will save some effort? Please let me know your thoughts. I've got a REST service that I can access via a browser. I can get it to take HTML tags as data and display it back to me (so I know the REST part is working). So if I send it this:

http://MyServer:57772/TestArea/rest/TestQuery?UUID=1&RTX=RTX123456&CareType=Palliative
 

Then I can pick out the data and tell it to display in the browser, which is great but what I really want to do is put the data into a string and send to a business process that will do lots of looking up but eventually return a URL that my REST service will then redirect the browser to.

This problem exists for:

• HealthShare Unified Care Record 2020.1.0 b7015

This defect occurs due to an incorrect resource being deleted from the search index. Subsequent FHIR Resource requests against the FHIR Repository may return incomplete results due to that missing index. Any type of FHIR resource data can be lost, and depending on when the defect occurs, the same FHIR request could return different result sets.

I have an existing application on HealthShare 2015 and decide to move it to HealthShare 2018 to make use of Atelier support. I am using Eclipse Photon with Atelier Plugin 1.3.

Most of things are working better on Atelier comparing with Built-in studio of HealthShare. However, when I tried debugging CSP file with Atelier I encounter 2 problems:

I open up an XML reader class and correlate the XML to a message type. 

My XML will read something like 

<StatusLastChecked></StatusLastChecked>

This gets correlated into a message with the following property 

Property StatusLastChecked As %String(XMLPROJECTION = "element");

I can use the following to get the other properties out 

i.e. docs.RelayedDocuments.GetAt(i).DateAdded will get the date added properties

When i try for the one with the blank value for the blank entry with a trace I get undef

InterSystems has corrected two defects that affect online backup of very large databases. Backups taken via external methods, such as snapshots or direct file copies, are not affected. These defects exist in all released versions of all InterSystems products.

The first defect only affects databases with more than 2³¹ blocks. It results in a degraded database after restoring from an online backup. For example, databases that have a block size of 8 KB (the default) are only affected if they are larger than 16 TB. The correction for this defect is identified as RJF437.

I want to secure a SOAP Webservice (an EnsLib.SOAP.Service one, if that matters) adding a SSL/Username Policy to it. As im not sure how detailed my request here should get, ill try giving a detailed as-is description of my setup, what I've tried, how I tried to test the connection and what problems including some logs I ran into.

Hi, if you develop production with HealthShare, you may have noticed there is a nice tracing feature available - HS.Util.Trace.Operations. This feature allows visually tracing debug information, in structured way. It complements good old logging macros like $$$LOGINFO, $$$TRACE and alike.

I use this feature a lot. However, it has limited functionality, it works nice with classes that extend XML Adapter, streams or data types, but it doesn't work well with arbitrary objects that do no extend from XML Adapter.

I have a class that writes to an external SQL Server database.  When the field is empty, it does not write the column and the column has the value NULL.  In some cases, I want the column to be the value of the empty stringinstead of NULL.

I have a HealthShare HealthConnect operation which uses the EnsLib.HTTP.OutboundAdapter. It is using a custom Operation class to send HTTP Post request. The request data that is sent to the operation and the response back from the operation is not  displayed on the visual trace. Is there anyway to display this data in the trace?
