Hello,

I want to convert a json, which passed on in the a REST call, into a request message.

I use method %ConvertJSONToObject of the %ZEN.Auxiliary.altJSONProvider class.

Set sc = ##class(%ZEN.Auxiliary.altJSONProvider).%ConvertJSONToObject(%request.Content, "TestRequest", .request)

Is there an alternative for this? I want to avoid to use the %ZEN library.

Hi, I am trying to read a field from the second obx segment but it keeps giving me an error.

Following is what I am trying:

I have a process that takes data from a CSV file (actually a record mapper object) and creates a nicely formatted JSON string I would love to send this along to a RESTful business operation. However no matter what I try, I continually get <INVALID OREF> errors when trying to populate the object that extends Ens.Request to give it the JSON string.

I can add strings, other objects, you name it - but stuffing a JSON formatted variable/object into another object I want to send someplace is proving to be an impossibility.

We are facing what seems to be a network problem while transferring HL7 messages from Ensemble/Healthshare to a distant target through TCP/IP.

I am looking for samples of integrating from Ensemble to ActiveMQ. I would be interested in multiple approaches (REST, native java, etc.)

Hi guys,
I've setup an FTP passthrough service and operation to move two files from one SFTP server to another.
The files are moved and i can confirm with filezila that the whole operation went well.
However, i need to raise errors and send email if one the sftp servers is down for whatever reason, and if the trasnfer didn't go well.
I ticked the alert on error box for the passthrough BS and BO and the errors are indeed forwraded to an alert management system. I have real problems with the check on the SFTP servers.

We have a simple BS that Extends Ens.BusinessService with an ADAPTER = "EnsLib.File.InboundAdapter";
The "incoming" folder has more than 4M files, so we get the following error:
ERREUR <Ens>ErrException: <STORE>zFileSetExecute+38 ^%Library.File.1

Is there any simple workaround this ?

I'm pretty new to ensemble.I'm working on a BPL process where I need to retrieve a result set from an SQL activity, loop over the results, and call a web service. I'm having trouble passing the request parameter(Labtype) into the SQL query for the WHERE condition .Can any one suggest how to loop over the result set as well.Any suggestions on how I can achieve it?

We are constantly running into issues where there are billions of Orphaned messages in our system that cause problems, and we have to manually run a cleanup to fix performance issues.

In the following article about orphaned messages... https://community.intersystems.com/post/ensemble-orphaned-messages it mentions either programmatically eliminating the Orphaned messages or using a Utility like Demo.Util.CleanupSet in ENSDEMO.

I'm currently developing a TCP inbound Service to read some XML sent from a TCP Operation that uses EnsLib.TCP.CountedOutboundAdapter.

1) I have tried EnsLib.TCP.Inbound adapter but that gives this error:

ERROR <Ens>ErrException: <METHOD DOES NOT EXIST>zinitConfig+7 ^Ens.Host.1 *%New,EnsLib.TCP.InboundAdapter -- logged as '-'

Set ..Adapter = $classmethod(..#ADAPTER,"%New")'

Due to this, the adapter is unable to start listening for incoming connections.

If you've got more than one developer on a project, do you each work in your own namespace? Or do you all use a common namespace?

Through my work at George James Software I have encountered many different Caché and Ensemble development setups. At risk of over-generalizing, the older and more established users of InterSystems technologies seem more likely to have all their developers working in a common namespace, whereas the newer 'converts' tend to favour giving each developer their own namespace.

I am trying to transform an Enlib.EDI.XML.Document through aXLT I know how to trans form the xml document through a xlt stylesheet but been trying to get an Enlib.EDI.XML. Document from a procees by creating aoperation that will do the transformation of this to file if this can be done in a process all ideas welcome so far I have come to this and I keep getting an error
