Please provide a better way to Add a Tag when searching

The list of tags is pretty long, and it will probably get longer. I guess it could be a tag cloud somewhere on the page, but I'm not sure where. I bet others in the Community can suggest good ways to do this!

DC Search "404 NOT FOUND" bug

Searching the developer community for the string "node.js" leads to navigating to the following URL: https://community.intersystems.com/search/all/node.js for which the browser receives the "404 NOT FOUND" error response. The behavior is consistent for any search string ending on ".js" or ".css" (not sure whether there any other suffixes affected). Please fix the DC to handle such search strings appropriately.

I've been exploring the Developer Community and noticed a bug.

Steps to reproduce:

Load home page at https://community.intersystems.com/
Scroll to the bottom and select a different page (e.g., 2)
Select a post
Go back with the browser

Fix RSS feed title field

Is there any update on when the RSS feed will be fixed to finally include a Title field. This was reported about 5 months ago. Specifically:

Timestamp and notification problems

I just received this email:

Which shows I created the post 3 minutes ago. It was actually 9 months ago.

In the post, you'll see the following answer and my response:

It shows the answer was posted 1 hour 12 minutes ago, but I responded 8 months ago.

Today we have Announcements, Articles, and Questions.

But sometimes we want to raise a discussion on the topic which is not a question, but also this post is not an article.

when browsing the list of articlels, jump to top of page when new page is clicked

can I suggest a tweak to the functionality when browsing the list of articals,

when you click on a new page number / next page, the content change, but the position within the page remains at the bottom. It would make much more sense to display the next page of articles, and immediately jump back to the top of the page to continue reading.

Using another email address (account) for Community from WRC

Most of my comments/contributions are personal, not reflecting the point-of-view of my current client. My WRC account is normally 'connected' with my clients email domain (e.g. csc.com).

I would like to set a personal account for DC so I can receive the digests in my own email box.

More sophisticated, I would like to use more then one email per account where I can specify on which address I want to receive DC digests

Is it still possible to install GlobalsDB on a windows machine?

I try going to http://www.globalsdb.org not much help there. I'm wanting to use this for a personal project of mine, if needed i can go to GT.M I just haven't used a linux machine in quite some time and i was hoping to hit the ground running. Any help is appreciated.

Something wrong with the DC feedback

I just clicked on the link "Contribute feedback about this site" and was brought to the feedback group

However all the issues that have been logged are now gone. Were they all fixed?

All that is there is some year old posts about winning a pass to global summit 2016. They should not be in this feedback group.

Also the button to "create a new post" is gone from this page.

Daily Digest set, but receiving MANY emails each day with subj of "Subscription Digest"

In Subscriptions > Overview > I checked Digest Mode, which is defined as:

"Merges your notifications into a single email, sent at the interval you specify. "

Under Preferences I set the Send Interval to be Daily.

I receive a couple dozen emails each day. They all have a subject of "Subscription Digest for..."

Each email only contains a single item, so it doesn't appear to be a "digest."

It clearly is coming more than once a day, so doesn't appear to be following the set Send Interval.

Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding the settings?

Tag vs Related topic?

When I post, I am now required to select a Releated Topic.

However on the homepage I see "Browse By Tag" and can view all tags at https://community.intersystems.com/tagclouds/chunk/1

Shouldn't we use the same naming conventions throughout the Site UI? Change Related Topic to Tag?

Again, I had to choose online learning for the lack of any appropriate tag.

Why do I get notifications on my own posts/comments?

This kind of notifications can be confusing: one follows the link and finds... his own comment written several minutes ago.
Found an answer by myself: there is a profile setting which disables it. Sorry for spam )))

Community Feedback about saving a post but not yet releasing it

I have a post I have published.

Now I need to do some substantial work on it.

I cannot do it all at one time, so I save it after I do some work.

Trouble is, each time I save it, it is published and sent out in mail, which is not what I want.

How can I save a post and not get it sent out?
