According to the IRIS documentation, once a user id is identified, at lease one license will remain (forever if I understand it correcly). The documentation says "even if the number of processes under the user ID drops back under the maximum, InterSystems IRIS continues to allocate one license unit per process for that user ID. Only when all connections by the user ID are closed and there are no more processes under the user ID does license allocation reset to one unit for that user ID."

We currently have CSP application that runs under 2 servers(usually primary), and every month the server reboots for patching SERVER1(primary) in the morning and SERVER2(backup) at night.

As Intersystems Cache for Windows comes with a custom Apache version (2.4.52) and has some security risks, so not advised to be used for Production servers/environments. I want to install the new version of Apache (2.4.58) and replace it with the built-in version of it. Is there an easy and convenient way to perform this upgrade? My target is to completely replace the built-in version and replace it with a new version so that it passes the security scan.

The goal is to identify programmatically all SOURCE namespaces on a server to which the routines are mapped. In the example below from the Namespaces page in Management Portal the answer would be USER. But some other namespaces on the same server could be mapped to a different namespace or even mapped to itself.
I'm currently making some changes to legacy code and I've noticed that it uses "i $i(" all over the place. Testing in terminal seems like this does the same thing as "do $i()". Is there a difference between these two (and if not is there some interesting history around this)?
Hi! I am planning to move my Arbiter from a Unix server to a container(again on linux). To do this, I need the ISCAgent tar.gz file to configure Arbiter for our mirrored servers. One aspect of source code management is how to deal with the almost inevitable need to upgrade your Caché or Ensemble platform to a newer InterSystems release.
It's long been my experience that InterSystems does a very good job of maintaining backward compatibility. Code that works correctly on, say, 2012.1 is very likely to work correctly on, say, 2015.2 without any modification.

I'm trying to rewind a cursor back to the first row after looping part of the way through the implied result set, but I'm not finding a way to make this happen, is there some such iterator variable or directive that I can leverage to accomplish this?
I could code around it by pulling identifiers and/or values into a local array, and then hand code up an iterator over my local results copy, but this feels like a "redesigning of a wheel" approach, and I thought I would check before I start down this path.
