Looking for some guidance on setting up IRIS to use single sign on to authenticate with ADFS.

We have a request for users to automatically launch IRIS without the need to login, the user will be authenticated by Single Sign on (SSO) against ADFS.

Do we need to have a authorization server as well as a client, ADFS will handle all the authentication side, so would it be a case of configuring IRIS client up to communicate with ADFS, following the link below?

I want to run an SQL like below

Select ID,Rollno,Marks,Name,Section,Teacher from Marks left outer join Student on Marks.StudentID=Student.ID

Now, the Student.ID is having the encrypted value which is not matching with Marks.StudentID (as this is clear value).

I can get the clear value using encrypted value as follow

^StoreValue("EncryptStudentID",Student.ID)=$LB("123"). That 123 is the clear Student.ID which I need to match in SQL query (ON clause).

I have noticed a problem in some new code I did on one of our productions. I think it is leading to 2 problems.

I have a file, lets call it 1111111111_2300.pdf.

We make the file UNIQUE to avoid an issue. This filename in the working directory gets a session ID Added to it before the .pdf. So lets say it was session ID 9 it would be 1111111111_2300#SID9.pdf in a working directory .

There are further operations to be done on this document before it is sent. For various errors an email is sent back to service users.

By default, the order of columns in a table is determined automatically by the system. To change the order, explicitly set the order for each property using the property keyword SqlColumnNumber when defining the class.

Example:

Property Name As %String [SqlColumnNumber = 2];

I'm new to IS and the HL7 transformations using the DTL. I need some clarification on the foreach action.

I want to iterate over IN1 segments, and output only segments that contain certain allergy types in IN1-2 with foreach. Inside the foreach block, I check for allergy type "FA" in IN1-2 and, if found, send the segment with only the required fields (fields #1, #2, #3, and #5 to be exact). When I use the getvalueat() method before conversion, the XML includes the <pidgrpgrp> and other <grp> elements, but when I don't use the getvalueat() method, the XML is generated without these <grp>elements.
