IRISSECURITY

InterSystems IRIS 2025.2 introduces the IRISSECURITY database, the new home for security data. Unlike IRISSYS, the previous home for security data, IRISSECURITY can be encrypted, which secures your sensitive data at rest. IRISSECURITY cannot be mirrored.

In IRIS, every time a request need to be processed, a specific IRIS process (IRISDB.EXE) need to be assigned to handle that request.

If there is no spare IRIS process at that time, process will need to be created (and later destroyed). On some Windows systems (especially with security/antimalware solutions being active) creating new processes can be slow, which can results in delays during peak times (due to inrush of requests).

My HL7 message got "AR" (rejected ack code) and went to the suspended queue. I re-submitted it (without editing it) but forgot to write down the details before doing so. It got "AA" and everything works fine from there.

Now (the next day) I want to check with the downstream system why they returned "AR" initially. Is there a way to search for the original message the got an "AR", along with any returned error message please?

I am trying to add a value to my concatenation string and the value is not being inserted in the right place. I am adding onto this code from another developer and cannot seem to get it to work. The only code I have added is underlined in bold red.

I've tried deleting the class and reimporting and compiling and still nothing. I feel like I'm doing something OBVIOUS that's wrong but I can't quite figure out what it is.
