RecordMap Data Validation

I am trying to add some validation to an existing Record Map, because recently we had some wrong data get consumed into the System and is causing all kinds of havoc.

Using the AI on the Developer community it suggested that I use PATTERN within the Datatype Parameters to force some validation on some fields. I have never used PATTERN before...

When I go to generate the updated Record Map, I am getting the following...

Does anyone have a query that I could run to show a Vendor the time difference between when a message was sent out a BO, and when we received the HL7 ACK back that is associated with the message sent?

I am trying to prove to this vendor of the delay we are seeing getting the ACK back because of a Timeout

I know how to pull Ens.MessageHeader, and EnsLib.HL7.Message but not sure how to match up the Message with the HL7 Acknowledgement received.

I'm trying to leverage the workflow from this repo so I can create an online demo for my project: https://github.com/intersystems-community/iris-google-run-deploy-template.

I saw that we need to ask for the service account token because I mistakenly tried to obtain my own and obviously was getting permission errors.

So how should I go about getting the token? Thanks!

Hi Everyone!

We have an existing process (running in FIFO order), all business hosts having pool size=1.

Currently we are reading records from a file (one record at a time) then that record goes to business process for further processing and finally through the business operation. As of now we are using synchronous call in our existing code. Before processing the last record we are using hang of 50 seconds because we need to initiate a batch once the processing of last record is finished.

Hi,
I have a code that copy a method to another class for analysis purpose.

I also want this method to appear first in the source code to easily use it in VSCode with the classmethod debug button and not search it in the numerous method of the modified class.
Is there a way to do such a thing?
I tried the placeAfter keyword but I can't find a way to make it really work as I want. Is their other ways to control the order of methods?

I was trying to set up the "File Spec" to match the exact filename that will be in the file path.

however, it seemed grab whatever the name of the file and work on it.

wondering how I can specific the exact filename in "File Spec" so that It wont touch other files in the same path?

As part of a process to generate FHIR XML bundles from HL7 messages, I have a subtransform transforming segments of an MDM_T02 message into a section of XML (EnsLib.EDI.XML.Document). So far this has worked well although I've encountered strange behaviour when making use of an xmlns attribute, whereby the attribute's name is duplicated despite the schema and DTL editor displaying it correctly.

While InterSystems offers its own native ADO.NET provider, the ODBC driver is often the most straightforward path for integration with generic database tools and frameworks.

Here is a step-by-step guide to getting your C# application connected to an IRIS instance using the ODBC driver, focusing on DSN-less connection string.

Step 1: Install the InterSystems IRIS ODBC Driver

The InterSystems ODBC driver is installed by default when you install InterSystems IRIS on a Windows machine.

  • If IRIS is on the same machine: The driver is already present.
  • If IRIS is on a remote server: You must download and install the standalone ODBC client driver package for your client operating system (Windows, Linux, or macOS) and bitness (32-bit or 64-bit) from WRC website if you're a client or by installing Client components and copying ODBC driver.

Once installed, you can verify its presence in the ODBC Data Source Administrator tool on Windows (look for the InterSystems IRIS ODBC35 driver).

I have a class that extends %CSP.REST which made I deployed using $system.OBJ.MakeClassDeployed. After upgrading IRIS, the web app which uses that class no longer works with an ObjectScript error.

In the past, I fixed that problem by adding a dummy new line or a comment then recompiled that class. For this deployed class, I can't add a new line and recompile the class (the code shows up as locked in Studio). Simply running $system.OBJ.compile() is not fixing the web app issue.

Is there a way to edit a deployed class then recompile it?

I'm following this guide as well as the sample.cs file and getting an error message on this line

cache_connection.Connect();

The error is:

Caught GlobalsException: lc_conn::connect_device returned Db_err: source: lc_conn::connect() message: lc_conn::connect: CacheSecureStart returned -15: <ACCESSDENIED>
