Hello, good morning, thank you so much for reading this question. ☺️🙂👍
We are developing a code to get information about our Production's items: services, processes and operations.
We know we can get various configurations of a given item: Category, Port, Enabled...
But we wonder how we could get the date time of the last mesage (most recent) received in an item.
To give a code snippet a small section of the code we have developed (and tested), it looks like:
Hi,
I'm trying to install NodeJs (javascript runtime environment) in IRIS container so I can execute JS files?
It was easy to install it outside the container but I got the attached error when trying in the container:
Thanks
This year I will go to the READY 2025 event (https://community.intersystems.com/post/registration-open-intersystems-ready-2025). See my plans:
60% of my topics are covered by developer sessions and the other 40% I will reach using 1:1 meetings, tech exchange and focus groups. I know, it is not possible stay at all sessions, but I will to try 30-40% of sessions. See it:
Hi everyone,
I'm preparing to move to a new PC soon and I'm trying to migrate the server connections I use in IRIS Studio to the new environment.
I’ve followed without success an old procedure I've found on a post on the community that involves exporting the registry key from:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Intersystems\Cache\Servers
But I’ve realized that this only includes the entries from the Server Manager and not the actual server connections used within IRIS Studio and shown within the "Server Connections" menu.

Based on a great sample and workshop built by @Luis Angel Pérez Ramos (see related articles and related Open Exchange app), which included a local InterSystems IRIS for Health container (and desired setup), this sample presented here, adapted the workshop for using the InterSystems Cloud FHIR Server, and it's related setup.

InterSystems IRIS has quite a few different kinds properties. Let’s put them in order so that they make better sense.
First of all, I would divide them into categories:
- Atomic or simple properties (all those %String, %Integer, %Data and other system or user datatypes)
- References to stored objects
- Built-in objects
- Streams (both binary and character)
- Collections (which are divided into arrays and lists)
- Relationships (one-many and parent-children)
Some of these kinds of properties are quite straightforward. For example, atomic properties:
Property Name As %Name;Property DoB As %DateProperty Age As %IntegerHere’s a special thread where you can tell a bit about yourself — because connecting and learning more about each other is what makes this community great 💬✨

Good day
I am trying to connect a business service to fileZilla using FTP on my local PC Win 11.
I am trying to setup my training after attending the Building HL7 interfaces course with ISC.
The connection is failing. He is the error below
ERROR <Ens>ErrOutConnectFailed: FTP Connect failed for localhost:21//SSL=' with error ERROR <Ens>ErrFTPConnectFailed: FTP: Failed to connect to server 'localhost:21//SSL='/' (msg='Missing required argument',code=501)

Hi ISC Experts,
I'm in the process of setting up InterSystems IRIS for HealthShare with database mirroring, and I’d appreciate some guidance around how to handle an existing ODBC connection in this new setup.
Scenario:
I need to connect to a SFTP server and I seem to connect and timeout have tested the connection using File-zilla and the connection was successful but the problem is when I try to connect using the FTP in bound adapter service I get the following errors.
ERROR <Ens>ErrOutConnectExpired: FTP Connect timeout period (120) expired for ***************.com:990/******/SSL='********* + ERROR <Ens>ErrFTPConnectFailed: FTP: Failed to connect to server ***************.com:990/******/SSL='********* (msg='Timeout waiting for response',code=529)
InterSystems is pleased to announce that IAM 3.10 has been released. IAM 3.10 is the first significant release in about 18 months, so it includes many significant new features that are not available in IAM 3.4, including:
How do I write DDL script for collection properties?
For example I want to create the following class:
Class SQLUser.Person {
Property Name As %String;
Property FavoriteColors As list Of %String;
}My DDL script looks like this:
CREATE TABLE Person (Name varchar(50), FavoriteColors ???)InterSystems is pleased to announce that the following products are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10

How to get the software
Hello,
I have a problem generating QR code in Caché now.
After executing the code
set Status=##Class(%SYS.QRCode).GenerateImage(P0,,.DataURI)
(variable P0 contains data for QR code)
an error is displayed now:
"<NOTOPEN>zGenerate+27^%SYS.QRCode.1",,,,,,,,
("$^zGenerate+27^%SYS.QRCode.1 +1","$^zGenerateImage+4^%SYS.QRCode.1 +1"
This error occurs only on two servers, on the others the code works fine.
When calling the method, I do not specify any external file that should be opened.
Thank you for the answers.
How do you iterate over the array of namespaces returned in the result byref from the call below?
DO ##class(%SYS.Namespace).ListAll(.result)Running "zw result" displays the namespaces (as individual subscripts in result) in the Terminal but I want to be able to programmatically iterate through each namespace name.
The documentation for ListAll() mentions here that result will be a local array name passed by reference. Is there a way to turn it into a dynamic array?
Hi,
I want to write a program to:
- list all defined namespaces
- for each namespace, the databases making up the namespace
Python would be ideal but ObjectScript is OK.
Would someone know how to do this?
Thanks

I'm using a %Net.HttpRequest which had been successful in the past, but started failing at some point with a SSL/TLS protocol error.
ERROR #6085: Unable to write to socket with SSL/TLS configuration 'groundca', error reported 'SSL/TLS error in SSL_connect(), SSL_ERROR_SSL: protocol error, error:14077102:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unsupported protocol'
The SSL/TLS configuration:
The request's SSLConfig is set to the "groundca" config when making the request.
Hi Guys,
below is a running a URL in a browser to connect and get live advertising packets data from Cassia AC server which keeps the connect live and keep going and population data.
So now I'm doing the same in the below code but the issue I'm not getting anything and it gets stuck at Get(HttpURL) line because it hanging on that live connection I guess and not outputting, so how can I get the HTTP request to exit and get me only a snapshot of that data, maybe something like 20 sec worth of data?
I have an application that is requires an Encoded HL7 message sent over SOAP over HTTPS using SSL/TLS... the Response that is return is also encoded, which I know how to Decode but not sure when I Decode the response how to Extract the HL7 message to send back to the router.
How do I capture the Routing Source System and parse the encoded message back into an HL7 format that would show on the trace viewer?
Below is an example...where I get the response and want to send it back to FeederScottRouting as an HL7 message that can be tied to the Parent ID of the sending request message?
