VS Code version 1.

The 2025.1.3 maintenance releases of InterSystems IRIS^® data platform,InterSystems IRIS^® for Health^TM, and HealthShare^® Health Connect are now Generally Available (GA).

The third developer previews of InterSystems IRIS^® data platform,InterSystems IRIS^® for Health, and HealthShare^® Health Connect 2026.1 have been posted to the WRC developer preview site.  Containers can be found on our container registry and are tagged latest-preview.

These developer previews includes the dropping of Mac Intel support starting from 2026.1.0, and the adding back of Windows Server 2019 support to 2026.1.0.

We're excited to announce the Early Access Program for IntegratedML Custom Models, a powerful new capability coming in IRIS 2026.1!

What Is It?

IntegratedML Custom Models extends the existing IntegratedML/AutoML feature by letting you deploy your own custom Python ML models directly within SQL queries.

Overview

This release focuses on performance optimization, improved security synchronization, and enhanced network management. The FHIR Server has been upgraded to a new version and migrated to ARM64, delivering significantly better efficiency and throughput. Additionally, several improvements enhance resiliency, subscription management, and network visibility.

The 2025.3 release of InterSystems IRIS® data platform, InterSystems IRIS^® for Health, and HealthShare^® Health Connect is now Generally Available (GA). This is a Continuous Delivery (CD) release.

Release Highlights:

• Secure Wallet: A new encrypted framework for managing sensitive data, built on the IRISSECURITY database, improving system security and access control.
• Expanded Observability & Cloud Integrations: Enhanced OpenTelemetry metrics, including new process and ECP metrics, plus journal archiving now supports Azure Blob Storage for cost-efficient retention.

I'm pleased to announce version 2.6.0 of the VS Code ObjectScript extension, containing a number of enhancements that make a developer's life easier. Some highlights are described below. As always, find the full list of modifications in the CHANGELOG, including many bug and vulnerability fixes.

Switch namespaces quickly

Thanks to @Olli Tanskanen at partner company JediSoft Oy for this enhancement! You can now switch namespaces from the Server Actions menu (when using client-side folders only).

Fast, asynchronous server-side search

This one requires InterSystems IRIS 2023.

Overview

This release introduces the FHIR Server 2025.10.0, delivering the latest standards compliance and performance improvements. It also enhances the Health Connect Cloud (HCC)upgrade process for greater reliability and adds new flexibility to Network Connect through prefix list support in VPN configurations.

With this version, all major offerings—including FHIR Server, InterSystems Data Fabric Studio (IDS), IDS with Supply Chain, and IRIS Managed Services—now support Advanced Security, providing a unified and enhanced security posture.

The 2025.1.2 and 2024.1.5 maintenance releases of InterSystems IRIS^® data platform,InterSystems IRIS^® for Health^TM, and HealthShare^® Health Connect are now Generally Available (GA).

How to get the software?

InterSystems is pleased to announce the General Availability (GA) of the 2025.2 release of InterSystems IRIS® data platform. This is a Continuous Delivery (CD) release. Please note that the GA versions of InterSystems IRIS for Health™ and HealthShare® Health Connect™ 2025.2 are currently withheld due to mirroring limitations introduced by security updates (details below).
