FHIR - 404 Not Found Error

Hi,

I am having an issue when I am publishing data to FHIR which is hosting in AWS. I am sending the data to the Cloud FHIR url but getting the below error.

Any idea how to resolve this issue? Any example to cretae FHIR repository using Object script?

Deploying IRIS For Health on OpenShift

In case you're planning on deploying IRIS For Health, or any of our containerized products, via the IKO on OpenShift, I wanted to share some of the hurdles we had to overcome.

As with any IKO based installation, we first need to deploy the IKO itself. However we were getting this error:

Warning FailedCreate 75s (x16 over 3m59s) replicaset-controller Error creating: pods "intersystems-iris-operator-amd-f6757dcc-" is forbidden: unable to validate against any security context constraint:

proceeded by a list of all the security context constraints (SCCs) it could not validate against.

Performing index rebuild in multiple processes while using an application

InterSystems FAQ rubric

You can use the %IndexBuilder class to perform index rebuilding using multiple processes.

Here is an example for the purpose of defining the standard index HomeStateIdx for the Home_State (state information of contact address) column of Sample.Person.

The steps are as follows:

1. Hide the index name to be added/rebuilt from the query optimizer.

>write $system.SQL.SetMapSelectability("Sample.Person","HomeStateIdx",0)

2. Add %IndexBuilder to the rightmost superclass of the class definition that defines the new index.

My First FHIR app

I participated in InterSystems Women’s Health FHIR contest, because I loved the challenge to learn a new-to-me technology. I wanted to develop an app that receives data from a mobile device like my Fitbit or a Smart Watch. I did not get access to such data except when I downloaded a spreadsheet (CSV file) showing my daily steps and sleep data. I saw in iris-fhir-template it imported some patient data to a FHIR server. I figured out how to use a Data Transformation to transform a record from a delimited file into FHIR data which I could store into the FHIR server.

Question about using ZSTART, ZSTOP, ZMIRROR

I had a question about using ZSTART, ZSTOP, and ZMIRROR.

  • If we use them and it is not correct, does it mess up with any of the existing functionality?

  • So, if I create a ZSTART with a simple command of starting the %JDBC Server will that mess up anything existing in the Startup sequence?

  • Is ZSTART, ZSTOP, and ZMIRROR just an extension of the existing functionality, or does it alter how the built in functionality runs?

  • Should we tread lightly in the use of them?

Does anybody have the same issue?

$ZF(-100) to run python script not work when directly execute in studio or in storedproc called by TrakCare, but can work when do in iris session.

The python script imports a "barcode" package. It seems that when directly execute in studio or in storedproc called by TrakCare, the package can not be imported.

Encryptions in IRIS

I saw that IRIS has some built-in%SYSTEM.Encryption Encryption functions, but what should we do when we see encryption AES/ECB/PKCS5Padding ? I wonder if there is a good solution?

%SerialObject property %Save error (%New method does not exist)

Hello,

I wrote a class that extends %Persistent and has only a few properties, one of which is Serial, a %SerialObject property (it needs to store any class that extends %SerialObject). When I assign a value to this property and call %Save on the class instance, I get this:

How to register global mapping programmatically

Global mappings can be registered using the system class Config.MapGlobals.

The method to globally map ^Sample.PersonD in a database SAMPLES other than the default database from the namespace USER is as follows (example executed in a terminal).

USER>zn "%SYS"

%SYS>set glo="Sample.PersonD"
 
%SYS>set vals("Database")="SAMPLES"
 
%SYS>set st=##class (Config.MapGlobals).Create(ns,glo,.vals)

The third argument of the Create() method of the Config.MapGlobals class is passed by reference, so specify it by appending a period (.) to the variable name.

How can I transer data from one patient to another?

Hi,

I have a scenario where I recognize that I have a duplicate patient in FHIR , both have a different set of data attached to them (Specimens / Observations / Conditions) and I want to transfer all the data from patient X to patient Y,  and maybe mark patient X as not relevant or delete it IDK yet.

since Patch currently supports only single patch,

"The Conditional Patch query identified more than one resource."

I can't use it as a bulk, but I need to loop through all the resources I find that are connected to patient X,

so I guess my question is how would you do it?

Reply Code Actions How to Not Retry and just suspend message

Hi All,

When resending HL7 messages out, the receiving system rejects the message indicating the "Message Control ID already exists" (see error below). Iris retries resending the same message until the receiving system crashes and the BO disconnects in Iris. I would like to suspend the message when Iris receives that error and move on to the next message. Is this possible? Can it be handled by the BO Reply Code Actions settings? What reply code actions should I use? 

The error comes back when using the default Reply Code Actions ':?R=RF,:?E=S,:~=S,:?A=C,:*=S,:I?=W,:T?

JavaScript expressions evaluation

IRIS is known to have a built-in Python bridge and even allows you to write Python server code but what about JavaScript? Let's say I need a JavaScript expression interpreter. What would you recommend as the most effective way to get one? It is highly desirable that the solution does not require administrator privileges and uses in-process communication (I mean not http and not unix-specific interprocess-communication via command line)

Is it possible to create a Healthcare Interoperability (Foundation) Namespace programatically?

I just realized that for the latest version of IRIS for Health 2023.3 the method InstallFoundation from HS.HC.Util.Installer has just disappear. I checked the official documentation (here) but I can't find any reference to it like in previous versions (here).

Is there anyway to create it by code?
