This article is aimed at developers implementing DICOM productions, specifically for cases with third-party endpoints that cannot handle the DIMSE timeout themselves.

For DICOM applications, the DIMSE timeout is a maximum time to wait for the next DICOM request (-RQ) or a response to a request (-RSP), after an association has been established. Unlike the ARTIM (association establishment) and TXTIM (data transfer) timeouts, the DIMSE timeout lives at a higher level than individual PDUs, with the application-level request/response logic.

I am working on the new USCDI Requirement to store LOINC Codes/Descriptions for various types of Clinical Notes in the SDA.

According to all of the documentation I had been able to find, in order to store a coded value for Document Type, I have to use Custom Pairs:

I'm building a .Net Core Gateway container. Here's the issue.

As a final step I'm building a .Net Core 2.1 library. It has a runnable dependency - .Net Gateway, which I need to start first.

However dotnet publish generates .runtimeconfig.json and .deps.json only for my library and not for my dependency (.Net Gateway).

Is there a way to force dotnet to generate and .deps.json for a dependency?

Good morning, Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with CMIS integration?  I am looking at a project to integrate an enterprise Content Management System with other CMS systems including windows folders for legacy documents not currently in a CMS.  I will be reading/updating the primary CMS using RESTful web services (system is cloud based).

EnsLib.File.PassthroughService replaces spaces with underscores in filenames.

Example:

File name of GWUH_9999_GWUHMRN_9999_99999_Chart Note_999999.pdf lands in receiving folder as GWUH_9999_GWUHMRN_9999_99999_Chart_Note_999999.pdf.

The same behavior is occurring when the file is saved to the archive folder.

Has anyone encountered this issue and devised a fix or workaround?

1. Purpose

In this paper we prototype and explore how multiple agent-based models of robotic factories connected to other robotic factories (represented by their respective models) can be orchestrated using an all-purpose data platform – thereby simulating descriptive and predictive properties of a group of factories (a factory cluster).

I'm using this Dockerfile to build .Net Gateway with my PEX BS. It works fine. If I change the image reference here to store/intersystems/iris-community:2021.2.0.617.0 in line 8 (so update from 2020.2 to 2021.2) it fails to build with:

KafkaConsumer.cs(4,20): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'EnsLib' does not exist in the namespace 'InterSystems' (are you missing an assembly reference?) [/source/KafkaConsumer.csproj]

I am busy trying out the %UnitTest.TestProduction class to implement some automated production testing.

I have a scenario which I am not sure how to get the final results of for assertion. Below is the scenario I am trying to test, with comments on what I have done.

• Receive a  request on a service (Service A).
• Send the request to the BPL
  • I use SendMessage of the TestProduction class.
• The BPL sends a request to a Business Operation (SendToProvider)
• The SendToProvider operation sends a message out to the Service Provider.
  DeferResponse is done.

In 2009 I wrote the first of several Interfaces for LabTrak. The Interfaces allowed existing National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS) clients to send Patient Demographics and Orders to LabTrak. LabTrak would, in turn, send the results of those tests back to the client. I wrote 3 or 4 at the time and an Interface that fed data from LabTrak into the NHLS Corporate Data Warehouse.

I wonder if anyone tackled the following problem-

Sending a mail with an embedded image is straight forward using %Net.SMTP

S status=Message.AttachFile(Dir,FileName)

D Message.TextData.Write("..<img src=""cid:xyz.png"">..")

Outlook displays such an Email as expected- with the image in the body of the mail.

Gmail displays the image as an attached file.

There are a lot of suggestions online about this, but none is working for me.

Did anyone face and solved this issue?

Over the years I have always thought about creating new things, modifying existing ones, experimenting, testing, breaking (it always happens), building again, starting over.

Me and @Henrique.GonçalvesDias proposed a new way to visualize messages in IRIS Interoperability in a recent update of MessageViewer. In such an update, we tried to give users a visualization based on a UML sequence diagram. You could get more information on the previous article.

In order to get all the hard geometry calculations needed to draw such a diagram done, we used the amazing mermaid JS open source library. And what I’d like to share with you in this article, is how to use this library.

In companies, most of the time, we have test, stage and production environments.

It is very common that we, the developers, do not have the right to modify or touch the production directly because all the modifications must be traced in a versioning tool and tested before a production release.

However, a read access to the production (especially to the traces) can allow us to better understand a possible bug.

That's why I propose this ZPM module that creates a new role in IRIS that allows access to the productions and this only in read-only with access to the visual traces.

I created a PEX interoperability service to allows you use Apache Hive inside your InterSystems IRIS apps. To try it follow these steps:

1. Do a git clone to the iris-hive-adapter project:

$ git clone https://github.com/yurimarx/iris-hive-adapter.git

2. Open the terminal in this directory and run:

$ docker-compose build

I work as an Integration Engineer for United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). I work on a Health Connect production which processes many RecordMap files. I do not fully understand RecordMaps and I wanted to develop an application for the Interoperability contest where I could learn more about working with RecordMaps. I browsed InterSystems documentation for inspiration on how to start. I was happy to find CSV Record Wizard. I had created a CSV file for my Analytics contest entry. I wanted to use it to test the CSV Record Wizard. It was not obvious how to use it.
