Hi I want to utilise the file adaptor to pick up some PDF documents however I must not delete the source files from the server. I can see that there is a setting in the FTP adaptor to not delete from server but not in the file adaptor. Is there an easy way to do this or do I just need to create a custom adaptor that copies the files to a working location and records in a tracking global when I have done this so that I don't process the same file twice?

If there is an alternative to use instead of Telnet due to security reasons in the Cache terminal? Telnet is using a plain text protocol generating security violations. I am using Cache for Windows 2018.1.8.

In interoperability environments, in what way is it recommended to monitor and detect changes in Web Production components between environments, for example between Pre-Production and Production, or even between alternate Nodes of Production Mirrors?

We ask this question in order to find out what are the best practices, and what is the most methodical, systematic, simple, robust and secure way to perform this monitoring.

In this article, I am demonstrating how to create a table column(formerly known as properties) with your custom datatype classes by using User defined DDL. Properties are the crucial member of the persistent class definition. Datatypes are essential to define types of values that are stored in a table column. In general, the datatype names of SQL different from Intersystems datatypes, such as VARCHAR = %String.

In our previous article we saw how to configure our EMPI to receive FHIR messages. To do this we installed the FHIR Adapter that InterSystems made available to us that configured a REST endpoint to which we could send our FHIR message. We would then get the message and transform it to a %String that we would send via TCP to the output of our EMPI configured in our HSPIDATA namespace.

Alright, it's time to see how we retrieve the message, transform it back to a %DynamicObject and parse it to the class used by the EMPI to store the information.

We start this new article refreshing what we did in the previous EMPI configuration articles:

• Installation in Standalone mode the Patient Index on a HealthShare instance.
• Configuration of basic parameters to start working with the EMPI.
• Definition of indexes and weights for NICE process.

Very well, we are practically ready to start rolling our EMPI. We only have one detail left, to start the production created by the installation to be able to start working.
