Hi Community,

I have a problem I am hoping someone can help with - I have created a front-end with HTML/CSS/JS in a CSP page in Iris Studio. I am trying to use objectscript on the back end to connect to a SQL Server Database (with valid credentials), and execute a stored procedure.

I have a fileList variable that is a stored as a comma separated string through a user input textBoxContainer. This is to be used as a parameter in the stored procedure called @Docs

Hi guys,

Does anyone know what this error message mean, we are trying to save records to My.Package.List
class and sometimes we get this error message at first but when I try to save the same record again from the Terminal it does save fine?

Since we reached two important milestones for Go developers working with InterSystems IRIS:

To demonstrate how easily Go developers can adopt InterSystems IRIS, I took an existing production-grade open-source project — the RealWorld Example App — which showcases a full-stack Medium.com-style clone implemented with Go Fiber, GORM, and SQLite.

RealWorld Example App

With just a few configuration tweaks, I swapped out SQLite for gorm-iris, keeping everything else unchanged. The result?
A fully functional Go + Fiber application powered by InterSystems IRIS — no code rewrites, no ORM gymnastics, just a different database backend.

I am building a web application that uses JWT for authentication. I would like to pass the token in cookies instead of the Authorization header.
Is there a way to intercept the request and check the token from the cookies instead of the header? I tried overriding the OnPreDispatch() method and adding it to my dispatch class, but it seems like it never gets executed, as the response returns "Unauthorized" before reaching it.

Hello,

I'm trying to create a custom IRIS4Health docker container utilizing CPF Merge but getting an error below. The merge file has been copied to the container within the docker file. Anybody know what would cause this error?

ERROR: failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c iris start IRIS && iris merge IRIS mergefile.cpf" did not complete successfully: exit code: 133

Vector Search Performance

Test Objectives

InterSystems has been testing Vector Search since it was announced as an “experimental feature” in IRIS 2024.1. The first test cycle was aimed at identifying algorithmic inefficiencies and performance constraints during the Development/QD cycle. The next test cycle used simple vector searches for single threaded performance analysis to model reliable, scalable and performant behaviour at production database scale in IRIS, and performed a series of comparative tests of key IRIS vector search features against PostgreSQL/pgvector. The current test cycle models the expected behaviour of real-world customer deployments using complex queries that span multiple indices (vector and non-vector) and run in up to 1000 concurrent threads. These tests will be run against IRIS, PostgreSQL/pgvector, and ElasticSearch

Trying to start investigating an error we are seeing with multiple of the same messages getting sent to the same vendor. We receive an HL7 message with an RTF embedded from our EMR, send it through a DTL to just update the Patient Class, and then send it onto the Operation which is TCP.

We are starting to see this error message...
