Any time a change is made to the configuration of a running Production, an update is needed to apply any changes in configuration or default settings to the running Production.This has historically been a manual step by the user.Now, if the CCR Client Tools cause a running Production to need update, the Production is updated automatically.This means users will no longer have to navigate to the Production Configuration page and click the 'Update Production' button every time they load an ItemSet.

I’d like to know how I can update my login email address from the profile section.

When I click the "Edit" option in my profile, it redirects me to login.intersystems.com. However, even on that page, I don’t see an option to edit the login email address. [unable to edit]

Could someone please guide me on how to change my login email?

I have set up an ODBC driver for InterSystems and would like to set up a linked server. This all works except I cannot see the columns  details. If I access the database from excel I can get the columns and types of the various tables

Any help or instructions would be appreciated

Hi everyone,

I’ve set up a scheduled task in InterSystems IRIS to run every night at 2:00 AM, but it doesn’t seem to trigger consistently. Some nights it works as expected, but other times it just skips without any error in the logs.

The task is marked as enabled, and there are no conflicts in the Task Manager. I’ve double-checked the system time and time zone settings all looks fine.

Could it be a cache issue or something to do with system load?

Hi ISC Experts,

I'm in the process of setting up InterSystems IRIS for HealthShare with database mirroring, and I’d appreciate some guidance around how to handle an existing ODBC connection in this new setup.

Scenario:

• We currently have a system running IRIS for HealthShare that external systems connect to via ODBC (using a standard connection string with hostname and port).
• We're now configuring mirroring on this system — it will become one of the mirror members (Primary/Backup).
• The external system using ODBC will not be part of the mirror, but it needs to continue accessing

Before we start with some intermediate and advanced topics, I would like to sum up some more general points. They are subjective, of course, so I will be happy to discuss them if you have other opinion or better arguments for any of them.

The list is not comprehensive and this is intended, cause I will cover some topics in future articles.
