Needs some help with FHIR return code 200 or 201 when processing HL7 messages in HealthConnect.

Issue:

1. If FHIR code is 200 or 201, HealthConnect keep processing HL7 messages

2. If FHIR code is NOT 200 or 201, HealthConnect keep suspend the HL7 messages in the messages queue, then keep processing NEXT subsequent HL7 messages in the TEXT file if the FHIR code is 200 or 201

Hi everyone, on HealthShare Unified Care Record 2024.1.0 Build, we're using the Analytics section to create a dashboard containing a time chart showing a cumulative curve of the number of documents indexed in the registry for each documentSource of each repository. We tried the following steps: we created a cube whose dimensions are the CreationDate, SourceValue, and repositoryUniqueID of the HS_Registry.Document table; in the Analytics section, we created a pivot table that lists the document creation date on each row, along with as many columns as each repository's documentSources.

Hi,

To add or get information about a user for the management portal you can [within the portal]:
System Administration > Security Management > Users

Is it possible to:

1. List a user, user's properties including roles

2. Add a user and set user's properties including roles

3. Set a user's password

for the management portal using a program eg. Objectscript and/or SQL?

If so, how can this be done?

It would be great if you have examples.

Hi all!

I want to create an %Embedding.Config to use with an %Embedding property. I followed the documentation for %Embedding.OpenAI, and it works fine after setting sslConfig, modelName, and apiKey.

However, I need to use AzureOpenAI. While the embedding process is similar to OpenAI's, Azure requires additional connection parameters, like an endpoint.
My question is: is it possible to configure these extra parameters with %Embedding.Config, and if so, how?

OMOP Odyssey - Vibing Synthea Modules for OMOP

Vibe the Module, Not the Data


While working with the FHIR to OMOP Service, I've seen good FHIR synthetic data being created using commercial LLM's etc, custom tailored for ConditionOnset with the typical amazement on return, but witnessed some questionable trust first hand on a call. This approach also falls short generating gigantic payloads so I can go back to my interests on the backend and ensure smooth data transition.

I'm trying to access the Bearer token from the Authorization header in my REST service class, but I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to use %request.GetCgiEnv("HTTP_AUTHORIZATION").

My Environment:

  • InterSystems ensemble 2018
  • Using EnsLib.REST.Service with HTTP Inbound Adapter
  • REST API URL: http://ip:port/api-kiosk/patientData

Cache SQL - Cached Query error

Hello to all the Cache Experts out there and Happy Friday!

The company I work for uses Cache 2017.1.3 and we have been seeing intermittent errors in the Cache Error Trap when an SQL query runs. The error message looks like the error is occurring within the cached query routine that Cache auto-generates. Unfortunately, when I pulled up the routine in the SMP System Explorer, I only found an obj version, so was unable to look at any code.

How to send the HL7 Batch messages over a SOAP webservice which takes 3 credentials(Username, Password& Org.ID) using IRIS Management Portal V 2019.1?

WSDL xsd : element - 1.Username , 2.Password ,3.Org.ID ,4.HL7 Message.

Info I had -

Source is CSV File will be translated to HL7 using data Transformations. All the transformed messages need to be sent to destination System through SOAP request as a single Batch File.
