Hello Community,

What is the correct way to import and compile .dfi files when using zpm load? Do .dfi files need to be defined in module.xml?

I have code that imports the .dfi file successfully; however, when I run
zpm "load /home/irisowner/dev/ -v"

I get the message: Unknown file type. Skipping file: .pivot.DFI

    zpm "install isc-dev"
    do ##class(dev.code).workdir(dir)
    do ##class(dev.code).import("*.DFI")

My team and I noticed that the %ZEN class documentation labeled all properties and methods as deprecated.

Example: %ZEN.Auxiliary.altJSONProvider - InterSystems IRIS Data Platform 2024.1 - including private class members

In this regard, the big question is: what will be used to replace these methods, in particular %ZEN.Auxiliary.altJSONProvider?

It is used as the basis for the MDX2JSON package, from which DeepSeeWeb gets data to build Analytical Dashboards.

Is a replacement proposed for deprecated methods of %ZEN class?

And when is this functionality scheduled to be permanently disabled?

How can I manage to show in MDX query months where every month shows the value of the last month?

Say, in HoleFoods the query:

SELECT NON EMPTY [Measures].[Amount Sold] ON 0,NON EMPTY [DateOfSale].[Actual].[MonthSold].Members ON 1 FROM [HOLEFOODS]

will show me the sum of revenue per month.

This query:

SELECT NON EMPTY [Measures].[Amount Sold].MAX ON 0,NON EMPTY [DateOfSale].[Actual].[MonthSold].Members ON 1 FROM [HOLEFOODS]

will show the Max revenue in a day for the given month.

But what MDX will show the months with the revenue for the last day in a month?

My boss would like to change the Ensemble logo that one sees in the mangement portal, because it's part of the DeepSee Anaylzer.  

I can see where it lives on the generated html.  

I kow that you can set the logo for the User POrtal settings in DeepSee -- you can specifiy a URL for your logo.  But we'd like to go one stee further and change the Ensemble by InterSystems to our own logo / company name.  

Is it possible to change this in the code?  Is there a Configuration setting to change this?

Has anybody tried to extend the Menu on Management Portal? I like to add a new page or a dashboard that will be created soon to the Management Portal and allow others to use it also. I understand there are risks that I could lose things during an upgrade. I am okay with that. Does InterSystems support such an effort?

I have a dashboard with 4 widjets, two of them use the same filter date and the others two another filter date. I want to know if it's possible that when I selected a date in one widjet affected also the other widjet with the same date. I saw that the filter can affect all of the widjets or only one, the owner of the filter. The other thing that the client ask me, if exists the possibility to create a generic date and when the user choose the range of date, will affect all of the widjets, independent that are different dates.

We have been using DeepSee which has been the integrated Analytic Dashboard built over Cache Cubes. It works fine but it's visual capabilities are limited and most probably is getting phased out.

If I am not wrong, Tableau is the suggested alternative to DeepSee .

I encounter a problem on IRIS for Unix 2020.1  when I try to create a PDF from a simple Dashboard on Deepsee : 

When I click on this widget , a tab appear and is loading for ~30 seconds, then shows 'error loading the PDF File ' :

I am also using DeepSee Web, and i encounter a problem if I try to Export the graph as a PDF : 

Is there a link between both problem ? ( If I fix the print widget, the PDF Export will also be fixed ? )

I need to call a listing programmatically other than the default. 

I can do that with %LISTING keyword. E.g. in Samples:

But how can I call custom listings in MDX? E.g.

How can I create a calculated field that will give me the grand total of a column? For instance, if I have a row that has 200, 300, 500, 600, how do I get the Grand Total?

I have already used the wrench under Column Options as % of Total so, I can't use that option.

is there any API available that would return an MDX query string for a given saved pivot name? I could not find anything except for pivots with manual MDX. But that's not my case, I need to get MDX for any pivot.

I know that you can run the %Reset method within %DeepSee.Utils to reset all of the DeepSee tasks and reset the entire result cache.

Is there any way to invalidate the result cache for a single cube?

In the MDX Query Tool I can't seem to get the NOW relative syntax to work correctly.  If I just use ".&[NOW]" it works, but something like ".&[NOW-1]" or ".&[NOW-1d]" (for dates extracted using DayMonthYear) it throws an error.

So this works:

But if I change .&[NOW] to .&[NOW-1] I get this cryptic error message.

Also, can you use member functions off of NOW?  For example can you do something like: [TransactionDateFilter].[H1].[Date].&[NOW].PREVMEMBER ???

I'm stuck on how to show the top 15 payers and then also show the percentage of the total amount paid for each one.  The total amount is what was paid by all the payers not just the top 15.

So..Below I proved my steps of working:

I'm trying to immigrate some of my HealthInsight dashboards and pivot tables to another HS instance.

In some pivot tables, I defined them with a set of calculated dimensions defined in the analyzer, e.g as below:

Then when I exported the cubes and pivot tables in used to my new envirmonment. When I open my pivot tables again, the calculated dimensions are missing and hence my pivot tables no longer work:

Is there any way to export those calculated dimensions so that I can used them else where? 

I am wish to use the mapping widget provided with DeepSee with my own Google license.  What is the best way to make this happen?

I'm in a proyect that I have to load data that cames from 3 different sources and one of these sorces is a csv file that contain the name of a switch and the name of a port. My cube have also this information, but I have to show only the values that match with this information.  I'm trying to filter the cube through this method below, the problem was  the result of the method is not only a value, it is an array with many values ​​and I must use the IN operator and not this "&" symbol. I wanted to know if it's possible or not?

I am trying to calculate a dimension percentage for WFRole on a child cube named MbMRouteHistoryInitiatorObj joined to a parent cube named MbmQaSObj by using a calculated member dimension within MbmQaSObj. 

If I use the calculated member dimension value expression of [WFRole].[H1].[WFRole].CurrentMember/ [WFRole].[All WFRole].%ALL in the child cube MbMRouteHistoryInitiatorObj, the percentages work correctly.

I am not able to calculate the same percentage using the value expression [MbmRouteHistoryInitiatorObj].[WFRole].[H1].[WFRole].CurrentMember/ [MbmRouteHistoryInitiatorObj].[WFRole].

To set up Web Application, I need to turn on the DeepSee flag using Caché ObjectScript. How can i do it?

I built a dashboard to show hourly instrument capacities based on a term list. The term list consists of the TestInstrumentID and the number of tests that instrument can perform in 1 hour. The calculation works correctly and the data is accurate but periodically if you go to check the dashboard the percentages all get changed to 100% across every hour. If you check it later or add an additional site to the filter then the percentages correct themselves. I don't know what's causing this or how to troubleshoot it because it does calculate correctly but is not consistent.

I have a table with 100k records. Consulting the data using ^%G or SELECT, everything is working fine. 

But, when I create a Cube using this same class as Source, the Build results in only 1 fact.

I would like to know if anyone else faces the same situation before and have some guidance.
