While working with GET request I encountered this situation where FHIR Server return a responseStatusHTTP "HTTP/1.1 200 200" instead of "HTTP/1.1 200 OK" (as highlighted in the attached screenshot).

Although the response code seems valid, these bundles have a total value of 0.

Could anyone clarify what "200 200" signifies in this context? Is there an issue with my setup, or does this indicate a specific condition related to the empty bundle search?

I am hoping for some guidance.

I am new to creating a new chart in Trakcare for use with Clinical Viewer.  My organization only has LDAP users, (we don't have the ability to use local users), that dictate what role/group a user is in, they are all the same across our Prod, Test, and Dev environments. 

I need to customize a chart for our end users.  BUT the how-to's all talk about creating a custom role for the new chart, which if I do this I would have to be added to this role/group which could cause issues with my ability to work in Prod and Test.  Does anyone have any guidance on how to do

In tracking down some of our Orphaned message issues, I was wondering if setting our EnsLib.SQL.Snapshot variable equal to "" was the same as calling the .Clean() method on EnsLib.SQL.Snapshot? Are they the same?

should I be possibly using ##class(EnsLib.SQL.Snapshot).%Delete() instead?

the notes become new because it is the first time that the data has been inputed, and it will become old if we have the data before (2nd data, 3rd data  the notes will become old).

I've try to use SubQuery (with LAG Script also) but it doesn't works, because it will give a notes Old even it's a New Data

I'm attempting to build a fairly complicated object graph, with nested objects and collections, in order to create a FHIR bundle.

In its most basic form there is a <bundle></bundle> element that represents the root, and there can be a number of nested <entry></entry> child elements.

is it possible to kill/suppress hl7 message in the DTL (data transformation).

in cloverleaf, it is common practice to check the value in message, for example pv1:7.9. if the value is certain word(assigning authority) then send the message over to destination, if it is not, kill the message

how would this be done in InterSystems ? does that need to be done in the rule instead? or can it be done in the data transformation? if it can be done in data transformation, how can it be done?

I'm trying to create a user with access to the HS namespaces management portal.
I'm having trouble identifying the correct resource to assign to the user. I'm testing various resources, but every time I go to the HS management section, a blank page appears, and the Home button disappears.

Does anyone know the correct resource to assign? (I've already granted Read permissions to the Namespace databases)

I'm trying to set up a Clinical Viewer demo env with HealthShare 2024.2. 
I've done the standard installation following the doc : 

• UCR - UCR demo with IHE
• CV - CV demo

Everything works until I get to the point where I have to enable federated SSO (UCR demo - Federated SSO). Once it is activated, I can no longer access the instance through the portal, and the browser displays the following error:

Checking the messages.log, I see that every time I try to enable federated SSO and access the portal, I encounter the following error:

I have a query that returns around 6000 records that I need to go through and update another MS SQL Table. I would like to execute this once a day. How do you set MaxRowsToGet on a EnsLib.SQL.InboundAdapter service?

I was just trying to get to the bottom of a TLS config - we have an interface with a TLS config that has had 'Server certificate verification' set to 'On', however the cert file specified either did not exist or contained a cert that was expired.

Does anyone know what the behavior is for this typically? I would expect this to not allow traffic on the interface, however this has been working fine for a few years now with an invalid cert specified for 'Server certificate verification' and set to 'On'.

I'm looking for a tool that can be used as a base to create an interface that allows a non-technical user to easily forward messages. 

The idea is that the user can find an already sent HL7 message and forward it by modifying specific fields of the message without needing any technical knowledge.

An example would be something similar to the Ensemble search engine, but with a less technical and much more intuitive approach and that only allows changing 1 or 2 fields. 

Is there a solution in the community or something that I can adapt for this purpose? Something like a React fro

We noticed from the integrity logs that some of the namespaces in our integration engine are using large amount of space ( ~380GB ) for the global ^EnsHL7.Segment. 

We have culling implemented for large globals like MessageHeader and MessageBody.

Is it a standard process to implement culling for ^EnsHL7.Segment global and any idea about what will be the impact of adding culling to this global?

Not sure if it is possible to implement normal culling task on this Global as I noticed this global content is not accessible via SQL functionality in Management page but only via the Globals

First time trying to use Foreign Tables/Servers instead of Linked Tables...

Within the SQL Editor inside of the Managment Portal, or connecting through DBeaver JDBC how we can see what Foreign Servers have been defined? Is there a way to query and verify structure of the Foreign Server connection to know that we are building the correct Foreign Tables?

I attempted to create my first Foreign table but it failed when I tried to query the tables because it said the table could not be found. But when I sign into the Database via SQL Management Studio, I can see the table.

I'm attempting to import all the FHIR XSD files provided by http://hl7.org/fhir but get the immediate and unhelpful error message:

I did a very usual hl7 adt transformation DTL, but it is with a customized schema, like ADT_ALL, it is a structure that tries to cover all the ADT schema scenario so we can use 1 type for all ADT messages.

the DTL tests fine in DTL test, with all the segment transformed correctly, but once I put it to test, to send message through source and the message after transformation can only go to MSH, EVN, but won't transform other segment like PID etc.  

Originally I was suggested that in my DTL I didn't loop through all the (), so I changed everything to loop

I am using a JDBC connection to MS SQL server to execute a stored procedure to select data and bring it into InterSystems as a EnsLib.SQL.Snapshot. I loop through the EnsLib.SQL.Snapshot using a while loop, but I also want to iterate through the Columns within that Row to do logic.

Is there a way to iterate through the Columns of the current Row of the EnsLib.SQL.Snapshot so I can apply logic/rules for further processing?

Hi 

We are embarking on a project that we are injesting raw EDI files 837's to start with into HS.

We have and inbound X12 adaptor to take in the raw *.edi file and we have an business process that is mostly pass thru. we have been unable to find any DTL to map X12 to SDA/FHIR ( similar to the ones that exist for HL7 , CDA,CCD). If anybody has done anything on this front,would appreciate any tips.

I've successfully installed and configured the custom MESH API supplied by intersystems. I'm able to send HTML rendered documents directly to GP's using Kettering.xml. 

Ideally, I'd like to be able to send PDF/RTF files rather than HTML. Is this possible and if so can I still use Kettering xml? I know FHIR is the preferred method of transmission but i've tried sending a test FHIR message through MESH to EMIS but it's not displaying so I'm not sure if EMIS is able to display FHIR formatted messages.

Throughout the forum, I find examples of using the method getSegmentByIndex to get the segment as I loop through the HL7 message segments.

Today I spent way too long trying to figure out why I could not modify the segment with this same method. I reached out to my more experienced team and I showed where I got the base code from what I was doing, but I myself could not find the documentation of the method.

After some time, we stumbled upon the GetMutableSegmentAt and GetSegmentAt methods and plugged the mutable method in its place and what do you know, it worked!
