I have a use case where Epic is sending an A60 Allergy transaction is set at the Patient level, but we have a system called VIBE which needs the ADT at an Encounter level instead. Currently we store ADT information in a MS SQL database for years, and we are querying it to get the latest Account Number to insert into the ADT^A60 for VIBE.

For eg : "Hello" is the string . I need to append the string world and it needs to be "Hello world".

InterSystems has corrected a defect that can lead to missing resource data in FHIR search results.

This problem exists for:

• HealthShare Unified Care Record 2020.1.0 b7015

This defect occurs due to an incorrect resource being deleted from the search index. Subsequent FHIR Resource requests against the FHIR Repository may return incomplete results due to that missing index. Any type of FHIR resource data can be lost, and depending on when the defect occurs, the same FHIR request could return different result sets.

I need to make an LDAP query to retrieve information about a specific team of employees. I have a custom service that instantiates a message of type EnsLib.LDAP.Message.Search with a filter matching the search and redirects it to an operation of type EnsLib.LDAP.Operation.Standard. I didn't get any errors, but I didn't get any results either. So I created an operation that inherits from EnsLib.LDAP.Operation.Standard and I overloaded the method to retrieve something. I use a swagger file and ##class(%REST.API).CreateApplication to create the rest api.

There is an interesting post: https://community.intersystems.com/post/download-file-rest-api-operation, but it is code, not a swagger configuration. disp.cls returns always a header content : application/json that of course fails as I am not always returning a json
