In some of the trakCare screens there is term "Production" shown [Interoperability->Production Configuration]
What is a production?

The production I'm looking at, is related to a Gateway.

What is a definition of a Gateway? How is this different to an Interface?

Under Gateway Production, there are "Services", "Processes", "Operations".

How are these defined to be?

I have 3 services, each with a green dot.

I have 3 processes , each with a green dot.

I have 5 operations, 4 of which has a green dot and one red dot.

Hi all,

I'm trying to use LOAD DATA to insert 11k (11,377) rows of data. LOAD BULK DATA is not available for the version of IRIS I am using.

After calling LOAD DATA it says only 5,500 rows has been inserted. The LOAD DATA docs says any error rows are skipped and a count of skipped rows can be found in %SQL_Diag.Result however there are no results here. There are no errors in the xDBC error log either.

Why have over half the rows been skipped?

Hi folks!

Researching FHIR bundle transactions.

The idea is that you can post a bundle to a FHIR server with a set of resources. And you can send it as a transaction, so only all the resources will be published or neither.

E.g. I send a bundle of two resources: patient and its observation.

The observation resource should reference an existing patient. But it probably doesn't exist yet on the server and goes within the same bundle.

For this purpose there is a way to have a temporary id in the bundle, to let resources reference ids.

Hi folks!

Examining FHIR profile validation with InterSystems FHIR server. FHIR profiles is a very useful feature of FHIR standard that helps an organization or solution to establish constraints to a very disperse FHIR standards that are relevant to a particular business solution. I created a very simple FHIR profile with the following JSON:

I'm wondering how I would go about adding headers to a csv file which has already been created. I am unfamiliar with ObjectScript.

For example if I were to use R, I would simply write..

test <- read.csv("file/path/example/Extract.csv", header=FALSE)
colnames(test) <- c("A","B","C","D","E")

I do not have embedded Python installed either as I would know how to do it in that also.

How could I mirror this in ObjectScript please?

My current create file method:

we get HL7 MDM messages with embedded PDF documents that are Base64 encoded. When the embedded PDF document exceeds the size of 3.6 MB the following error occurs:

Hi Friends ,

We have requirement to load data into chache tables from external database (ref data). This process will take 1 min to complete all data load.

Currently I have created Business Service to trigger Business Operation with out bound db adapter to load data into cache tables.

process will be trigger when i restarted business service.

But requirement is , this business service should be triggered from outside ensemble environment i.e , this should expose as REST endpoint and share with the external team.

I'm trying to read the response to a long (indefinitely) running HTTP response with Transfer-Encoding: chunked. Ideally I'd be able to read the individual chunks from the response and do something with them as they arrive rather than needing to wait for the response to finish (because it never will) - ultimately I'm thinking to wrap these back up over a WebSocket connection which seems cleaner from an API perspective.

So far it looks like my options are:

We are going to have basic patient demographic data coming in to Cache via a webservice. I thought that I should define the input as XML something like the FHIR format (with UK extensions).

In the past we've input XML streams and used the %XML.Reader to convert them to matching classes successfully, so I thought it would be easy. However, I've found that the FHIR format stores everything in attributes like:
