Getting a response on an httpRequest from objectscript client to Python Server

I am sending an httpRequest from ObjectScript to a python server. I am not receiving a response in OS

OS config On the client side

How to have a different conditional check for a null object and locked object?

I have a list type data object, that has both null entries and locked entries. While iterating through the list items using GetAt() function, a locked item is satisfying the not null condition. But I need a different conditional statement for null items and locked items.

Update Apache 2.4.52 to its new install (2.4.58)

Hello,

As Intersystems Cache for Windows comes with a custom Apache version (2.4.52) and has some security risks, so not advised to be used for Production servers/environments. I want to install the new version of Apache (2.4.58) and replace it with the built-in version of it. Is there an easy and convenient way to perform this upgrade? My target is to completely replace the built-in version and replace it with a new version so that it passes the security scan.

Windows DOS call from a routine

Task is not working for Cache 2017.2.2 as there is no error message but the data does not get cleaned.

Hello everybody. I have a problem a little bit strange. The thing is that there is a Task on Cache that by default is executed everyday at 4:00:00 that, with my settings, will delete all the Audit logs with more than 70 days of existence. The problem is that everyday this task is executed without an error message (status "Success" after the task is finished) but no data is cleaned, the same if I executed this particular task on the "Task Schedule" screen. I'll put here a screenshot of the message after executing the task on the "Task Schedule":

HELP: get and prase Caché databases logs

Hi all,
Does anyone have experience with obtaining logs from Caché databases and parsing them now? Please leave me a message.

I ask because my project involves some hospitals that used Caché when creating databases over 10 years ago. Currently, we cannot replace the database, but we need to check and parse the database logs from the Caché.

help with TLS on 2016 version

Hi,

I am trying to connect to another server using %Net.HttpRequest.

I keep getting this error : SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unsupported protocol.

My guess is that the site I am reaching for uses TLS1.3 which is not supported in 2016, But I cant right now ask my client to upgrade.

Is it possible to override this ? install some kind of a patch or a more recent version of openssl on the server ?

Cache portal showing wrong status for FAilover DR. although actually its getting replicated.

It appears to be working correctly, mirroring data etc. but the status on the Primary Cache DB is showing the wrong status for the DR DB.

re-configured Cache Mirroring BUt still have the same issue afterwards.

The GUI display remains the same regardless.

How to restore database with using Do ^DBREST?

I know we can use Do ^DBREST and EXTSELCT ^DBREST or EXTALL ^DBREST to recover the database. But now I just want to use Do ^DBREST to achieve database recovery through this method.

There's any way to edit a SOAP header?

Modifying Visual Studio Code code assist results

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way to modify the results you get in the code assist in Visual Studio Code. Ideally even per class or package.

For example: the code below is for a custom component of a framework. From all the options listed I'm only interested in my own property "Title" and I don't want to see any %-methods or auto-generated methods like "TitleSet" and "TitleGet".

Is there a way to Isolation Mode on global interactions?

Hi all,

I have a situation where I am writing to global from different processes - let's call it an Event Queue.
There is then a different process that uses $order to read through the data - the PubSub processing BP.

Sometimes the writing of this global will form part of a transaction that also insert data into other tables, using tstart and tcommit.
If there is some issue, it will roll back, and the entry written to the global will also roll back.

SSH issue : unable to exchange encryption keys

Hi Allen,

A partner have decided to change the algorithms that were used to connect on it's SFTP, but our version of libssh2 don't match with the list of it's HOSTKEYS algorithms.

If i update the library with the last version without to be sure that it includes the old algorithms, i risk to break the connection for other cases.
