The Certification Team of InterSystems Learning Services is excited to announce the release of our new InterSystems IRIS SQL Specialist exam. It is now available for purchase and scheduling in InterSystems exam catalog. Potential candidates can review the exam topics and the practice questions to help orient them to exam question approaches and content. Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive a digital certification badge that can be shared on social media accounts like LinkedIn.  

The InterSystems Certification Team is building an InterSystems TrakCare Integration certification exam and is looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from our community to help write and review questions. You, as a valued InterSystems community member, know the challenges of working with our technology and what it takes to be successful at your job. A work assignment will typically involve writing 15 assigned questions and reviewing 15 assigned directly to you.

On February 8, 2024, we asked for input from the IRIS community regarding exam topics for our InterSystems IRIS Developer Professional exam. How can I access the survey?

The Certification Team of InterSystems Learning Services is developing an InterSystems IRIS Developer Professional certification exam, and we are reaching out to our community for feedback that will help us evaluate and establish the contents of this exam.

Note: This exam will replace the current InterSystems IRIS Core Solutions Developer Specialist exam when it is released. Please note from the target role description below that the focus of the new exam will be more on developer best practices and a lot less on the ObjectScript programming language.

Hello Everyone,

The Certification Team of InterSystems Learning Services is in the process of developing an exam focusing on creating and working with TrakCare Integration, and we need input from our InterSystems TrakCare community. Your input will be used to evaluate and establish the contents of the exam.

How do I provide my input? We will provide a list of job tasks. You will rate them on their importance as well as other factors.

How much effort is involved? It takes about 15-20 minutes to fill out the survey.

How can I access the survey?

If you hold the InterSystems HL7 Interface Specialist certification, you can potentially get recertified and have your certification expiration date extended by five years by beta testing our new InterSystems HL7 Interface Specialist Recertification project. The project includes hands-on exercises to validate core skills for developers who use InterSystems products to build and test HL7 v2.x productions. During the beta period, which extends until October 31, 2023, anyone who holds the credential is eligible to try the project, and the standard $150 fee is waived for candidates.

InterSystems US Classroom Training  is now issuing digital badges for successfully completing training, and we are retroactively distributing these badges to our classroom learners since May 2020. The badges are issued through Credly, a company that manages digital credentials, and will be delivered via email, asking you to accept your new training badge shortly. If this is your first time earning a badge through Credly, you will be prompted to make an account and whether you wish to automatically accept InterSystems badges.

This is an updated and rebranded version of our previous HL7 exam, formerly know as HealthShare Health Connect HL7® Interface Specialist. It is now available for purchase and scheduling in InterSystems exam catalog. Potential candidates can review the exam topics and the practice questions to help orient them to exam question approaches and content. Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive a digital certification badge that can be shared on social media accounts like LinkedIn.  

While you don't need to take your exam before the end of 2022, the vouchers provided to the UK&I Summit 2022 must be redeemed before January 1, 2023. Please register for an exam before time runs out.
