Hi everyone, 

This is the first time I'm dealing  with a request of modifying a variable value in a UDF OnSQLTrigger on InterSystems TrakCare.

I can't find any documentation to address this issue, but basically, my goal is to modify the value of one of the fields in a table when it is first inserted. 

This is basically what the code should do, namely, to change the content of the %d variable at a specific key.

I have a problem with logi report, 

in my store procedure,  I create code like this?

$ListToString(%DLIST(DISTINCT (ARCIM_Desc)),'<br/>') as "ARCIM_Desc", -> this is the problem

$ListToString(%DLIST(DISTINCT (MRDIA_ICDCode_DR)),'<br/>') as "MRDIA_ICDCode_DR", -> it's works fine

as you see there's a <br/> in the display of the report

I have no idea about this, maybe someone can help me fix this problem ?

Hi ISC Experts,

I'm in the process of setting up InterSystems IRIS for HealthShare with database mirroring, and I’d appreciate some guidance around how to handle an existing ODBC connection in this new setup.

Scenario:

• We currently have a system running IRIS for HealthShare that external systems connect to via ODBC (using a standard connection string with hostname and port).
• We're now configuring mirroring on this system — it will become one of the mirror members (Primary/Backup).

I have a Linux server that has multiple instances installed on it (according to my documentation).

What is the best command to show:

- what instance are installed?

- what instances are running?
I did run 'iris list' but it shows only one instance.

          I am creating a report on Trakcare with the help of Jreport. But the date parameter from trakcare is not reading on Jreport and the report is blank.

If I hardcode the date on Jreport,it is displaying on Trakcare but not taking report from Trakcare.

Parameter used on report manager on Trakcare is $g(%request.Data("DateFrom",1)).

Can anyone please tell me any change of settings on Trakcare or Jreport will help to work ?

Hi. I am struggling to understand the meaning of different elements of an order in my hospital's EHR.

Page: EPR > All Orders

Question: What is the difference between Start Date and Date Executed and Order End Date? If an order was started on Monday and executeed on Tuesday.. does this mean the patient received the order on Monday or Tuesday? and what is End date?

Also, how do I interpret order status? What is the difference between discontinued, verified, and executed?

Also, some  orders have a green / red / yellow bar to their left, that continues as a line under that row.

I'm experiencing an issue while compiling code in Visual Studio Code with "cuk" qualifiers.

When I try to compile, the following message appears after a while:

In VSC, the "cuk" qualifiers are always used as default and the following message is shown in the Output panel of VSC when a compilation is successful:

I'm unsure if it is possible to replace the cuk qualifiers with something else.

This data already in the right order, but  I need to change the Diagnose into 1 column with this order 1,2,3,4

So it should be Acute...,Fever..., Dyspepsia, Dengue fever

I tried monitoring iris with zabbix, SNMP from IRIS send to zabbix server, but on messages.log in iris appears many warning log like below,

Hi,

     I am trying to load all the data tables from one iris server to a client server but some of the tables data failing to load all the time. But I can load around 100 tables successfully  but 8 to 10 tables are failing all the time. I made an IRIS odbc connection using odbc driver to load the data from tables.

Also I can see read server loop error message on the iris server side as the same time the table loading fails.

Please find the screen shot attached which shows the error on client server.

Can anyone provide me an advise how to fix the issue.

I have a question for people currently in the community who support TrakCare implementations. 

Are you all currently working through the migration from Crystal/Zen over to Logi Reports? 

What are you plans for the Zen reports you can't migration off for example the HTML letter template? 

I have spoken with a few people regarding this topic but starting to get concerned if there is a call in the near future to decommission ZEN/

Hi everyone,

I have an issue when calling Trakcare's webservices using a web application.

The issue is that, the browser is blocking the queries because of the CORS Policy.

In fact, the browser is sending a first HTTP query OPTIONS called "preflight" (in Chrome's developers tools) and Apache server answers with no CORS Control Origin in Header (CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing). So the query is blocked and does not reach the Webservices server (IRIS Interoperability).

Is there a way to apply Transformation on any Dynamic column in Clinical Viewer.

As there is no transformation field available here. 

Our company is using Cache FDBMS for Medtrak.

I am trying to insert a record with the following data types : date, time, string and memo field (multiline).  The SQL insert/update works fine without the memo field.  

Here's my SQL statement

Insert into MR_SUB (MRSub_Date,MRSUB_Time,MRSUB_Update,MRSUB_Desc) values(:DTE, :time, :use, :remarks)

Based on FDBMS docs. MRSUB_Desc is a multiline/memo data type

At the top right corner in Clinical Viewer we have a wrench icon with which Administrator is able to change the layouts as and if needed. 

Are there any logs created when anyone modifies the layout and save the layout.

I am trying to pull the code tables Information and this code table has linked  code table not exactly obviously joined by SQL tables or columns. This is confusing me. Please can you clarify how to link these two tables. 

I will be generic to ensure, any privacy is protected

CT_Hospital has CT_Staff linked in.

When CT_Hospital has data, for that relevant hospital code, CT_Staff can be clicked and data entered. 

When I see in the Components - > Items I do not see any SQL table or SQL column common between CT_Hospital and CT_Staff. 

Question: How can I join CT_Hospital with CT_Staff.

I am a clinician and we use Trakcare Lab LIMS at our institution.

We understand histopathology reports are directly typed, stored and uploaded directly to the LIMS.

For clinical audit purpose we need to download these reports directly in text format in bulk. Can anyone offer some technical assistance in retrieval of these histopathology reports? Is there any script that can be run to access, retrieve and download these reports?

I have to pull out a report of certain code tables and this is my first script and I need to write many.

1. If I have to refer to the table, seeing the reference in the components with reference to SQL table and column, 

can I use Select < What I need from the table>

Hi, the hospital has deployed a set of TrakCare, but there is no document about TrakCare, including the implementation document of InterSystems installation of TrakCare and relevant management and maintenance documents. Could you please provide them?The hospital bought a complete set of products, should have relevant use documents.At the very least, there should be a relevant basic manual.

We are seeing more and more customers being lured with latest infrastructure technologies, particularly Composable Infrastructure. Coming with all sorts of data center consolidations and costs savings.

Question is: are there any concerns for HealthShare/TrakCare being run on these platforms or things to look out for? Anyone out there, already on these platforms?

To be more specific this is HPe Synergy with 480 Compute blades booting as bare metal.

I'm running Windows 10 x64 Pro 20H2 with Intersystems Cache ODBC driver v2018.01.00.184. I've setup a System DSN using the 64-bit of ODBC Administrator.

I've been getting inconsistent results using my regular application (Microsoft Power BI) which I use through ODBC to query my hosted TrakCare T2017 instance.

Using Microsoft ODBC Test Tool (part of MDAC 2.8 SDK) I can verify I get the same errors as in Power BI. They seem to be ODBC driver related but I can't pin it down.

Here's my issue, I would like to develop a web application which use and send datas to TrakCare app, but I really don't know how to communicate with TrakCare's datas. 

With a little research, I think I could use "RESTForms" or "EnsembleWorkFlow" but I don't really get how...
Can somebody help me and tell me the way forward ?
