Question Graham Hartley · Nov 18, 2020

Hi,

I am trying to delete a HL7 standard schema i created by mistake however when i select delete in Studio i get the following:

The xml is as below:

<?xml version="1.0"?><Category name="WYT.2.4" std="1">...

i then remove the std so it becomes:

<?xml version="1.0"?><Category name="WYT.2.4">...

Then i get the error:

I have also tried exporting and importing the schema with the std part removed but still get an error.

We have IRIS 2020.1.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Graham

Hi All, I'm in the process of trying to rollout the git version control system with our current code base within Atelier.  We use Ensemble to develop interfaces but are looking to move to IRIS in the near future.  Our code is structured similar to below:

 Site

           System1

Routers

Processes

Transformations

Data

Services

Operations

System2

Routers

Processes

Transformations

Services

Operations

Data

Productions

Routers

Operations

My initial thoughts are that we would have three repositories. One for DEV, TEST and PROD.

I'm having trouble accessing the snapshots  EnsLib.SQL.Snapshot in %Library.ListOfObjects that are returned from method ExecuteProcedure in EnsLib.SQL.OutboundAdapter.  The Microsoft SQL stored procedure I am executing returns multiple resultsets.

The issue I am having is that my code works fine when executed in the business operation (commented out in the code below) but when it is executed in the business process it errors.  Any ideas as to why this happens?  The error I get is:

> ERROR #5002: Cache error: <METHOD DOES NOT EXIST>zGetAt+5 ^%Library.ListOfObjects.1

I  have generated a class using the linked procedure wizard however  I can't get it to work if the  datatype  of one of the parameters is VARCHAR(MAX).  It works fine if I change it to say VARCHAR(500) and  rerun the  stored procedure wizard.

I get the following  error returned.:

ErrorMsg:   SQLState: (07002) NativeError: [0] Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]COUNT field incorrect or syntax error

Can anyone see what I am doing wrong?  I think it is to do with the way I am using the  %Stream.GlobalCharacter?   Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

Is there a way you can limit the amount of physical memory Cache uses?

During Cache backup it appears that all the available memory on the server is being used.

We are running Ensemble 2016.1 on Windows Server 2008 R2 with 32GB of RAM.

The database we are backing up is about 300GB.

Thanks,

Graham

Hi,

Does anybody know when Ensemble 2016.1 will be general availability?

We are holding off upgrading, providing the wait won't be too long.

Thanks,

Graham
