For those rewards to be displayed to you, You need to be an Advocate 1st. 

And also if I am not wrong these types of rewards except for the Advance in career and badge issue is categorized on the region. 

Like the Visa Card and Amazon Gift Card if I am not wrong is classified based on the region and also to get these rewards you have to be an end user of the product or a client. 

For clarifications on badges and other rewards i believe that you need to contact some one of a higher range.

hello @Ravikumar Puvvala, I do not believe that IRIS currently supports the following features that you require as per my knowledge and research.
