Yes, CSPSystem user is also enabled.

When I use the command "ccontrol terminal cache", the system gives no success of error

UPDATE: Issue Resolved.
The CSP.in was showing no login for CSPSystem user, once that has been updated and the CSPSystem user password was updated using Cache Terminal then I have access to the Management Portal.
