Tilde(~) is not working while replacing or writing it in hardcoded. Rest every other character is working fine. Has anyone had the same issue earlier? It is not coming in HL7 generating through this code.

I am getting this "Studio Item 'Ens.StringResponse' is mapped from a database that you do not have write permission on. " if I am pressing any key in that class. I need to define some Property inside it. How Can I do the same

This error I am getting when I am updating cache.dat file:
