The Interoperability user interface project has continued from 2025.1 and has incorporated many of the items that you – our customers and partners – have suggested and observed.  We are continuing to invest in feedback and updating this important user experience.   In the latest release, 2025.3 for IRIS, IRIS for Health, Health Connect and Health Connect Cloud, the DTL Editor and Production Configuration applications that are available for opt-in. 
NOTE:

• You can switch between the modernized and standard experiences. 
• All other Interoperability screens remain in the Standard user interface.

I am struggling in understanding how FDN works within Health Share, in particular those that are related to Provider Directory within Health Share. Does anyone have examples of using FDN that they would be able share?

Working on wrapping an IRIS Cache ObjectScript method that runs for a few seconds. Trying to get UI updates to show BEFORE the method runs in an async/await function. But it seems to be running synchronously rather than asynchronously . So my question is does IRIS/ObjectScript CSP pages support futures with JavaScript or does it run all synchronously.

Hi developers!

This will be a very short article as in April 2025 with Lovable and other Prompt-to-UI tools it becomes possible to build the frontend with prompting. Even to the folks like me who is not familiar with modern UI techics at all.

Well, I know at least the words javascript, typescript and ReactJS, so in this very short article we will be building the ReactJS UI to InterSystems FHIR server with Lovable.ai.
